Amazing Hotel, the building is incredible. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and a great variety of food. The bus stop is right outside, with regular buses into Bruges centre, €3 each.

If you have poor mobility, this may not be the hotel for you, the stairs are quite narrow. This was no issue for us.

Room and bed was great and comfortable for what I needed. The welcome from the hotel manager. The bar was well stocked, you were able to help yourself. The location was great with Brugge a short bus ride away, and plenty of cycle routes to explore nearby towns and surrounding areas.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and thought the accommodation was value for money.

Very friendly, welcoming host. The hotel building itself has a lot of old fashioned charm. We particularly liked the conservatory area where we had breakfast each morning looking out onto the garden. Our bed was comfortable and breakfast each morning was very generous!

We had two flights of fairly steep stairs to climb to our room - slightly inconvenient if you have luggage, although good exercise I suppose!!

Great old style hotel

Fantastic Garden with many seats and loungers. Bus into Bruges right outside the door which goes to the bus terminal and back. Good breakfast. Bar on site.

Incredibly beautiful place. On the older side but that was what was expected. This was a true B&B.

The owner of the hotel met us on site and was incredibly helpful with all questions we had about the area. Breakfast was very good and served in a quaint solarium. He even went so far as to provide a take away meal when our departure reservations occurred before breakfast was served.

While an elevator would have been helpful to transport bags to our second floor room, it also would detract from the decor and ambiance of the building.

Ideal for a visit to Bruges.

The property is ideal for a visit to bustling Bruges where people and parking can make the prospect of a visit, daunting. It is situated an easy and short drive from the city where, just outside the historical centre, parking is plentiful. A wonderful breakfast is provided and when a breather is required, one can relax in the lush garden. The rooms are classy and comfortable and the host - Joaquin, is most accommodating - sharing information re. the area and providing advice, if needed.

Very cosy place, the staff are pleasant and helpful. I prize for comfort and cleaness, and the hotel met my expactations. The room was quiet and there are blackout blinds, perfect. Brilliant breakfast.

1 nights stay, family with teenagers

Great parking right outside hotel. Bus stop outside that goes directly to Bruges train station. Good for families, we stayed in a good size family room. Fresh breakfast included in the price. Friendly and helpful Manager.

None of these issues bothered us, but bare in mind, it’s on a road, so traffic noise and the family room is up 3 flights of steep stairs, so if you have mobility issues, not for you.

We had a much enjoyable stay in this charming hotel, with a host that makes you feel at home.

The host goes out of his way to assist, even by sharing his secret parking spot in a town close by! The hotel is decorated in a very charming and welcoming style and has an authentic feeling. The bed and linen are super comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The free parking on the premises and free wifi in the room are very convenient and the location just outside of Bruges is super. This small hotel is a true gem and if we ever have to look for accommodation in this region, this would definitely be our first choice.

Lovely building and great room, breakfast was superb and owner was so helpful. The lounge bar area was great with the honesty bar - which was superb.

In the room we were in the bathroom was small as was the toilet room but overall a minor issue

Excellent nights sleep, lovely breakfast, 5*.

Lovely period property, love the character of the rooms. Greeted by the owner not only very helpful but came in early to set out breakfast for us, 5* service. I have stayed in many hotels, too many really, but the sheets on the bed were the best. Cannot fault this hotel well worth a stay.

Terrible I payed to sleep in a clean hotel and left with bed bug bites all over me.

the breakfast was great.

i was bitten all over my body by bed bugs and when talked to the manager he was claimed I was allergic until I showed him a picture of the bugs I saw.
