Simply wonderful

We stayed at De 6 Linden for 2 days. From the outside, it's a converted farmhouse in the countryside. Inside, it's a smart, modern, designer place: a bar, a large room with a cathedral roof, a relaxation area upstairs (with coffee/tea available) and access to the bedrooms. The place exudes softness and serenity, not to mention the kindness of the hosts. Our room was modern, designer, technological and pleasant, and the bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast is generous and excellent, the products used are of good quality and flavoured with taste by the chef, which makes the breakfast surprising and excellent. The hotel also serves as a restaurant (on a human scale) in the evening (Thursday to Sunday) with a menu of 4/5/6 dishes prepared by the chef. You need to book the day before, which we didn't do. However, we were able to try 2 dishes (one fish and one meat) on the menu and it was really very good, full of flavour but still very fine. Given the quality of the breakfast and the à la carte dishes, I hope to return to discover the full menu (4/5/6 courses).

Ten out of ten

The location was wonderful, super cozy, nice corner with books, super sweet view from the bath, super quiet and wholesome. We truly felt like we could chill out, finally. The food was excellent as well, truly blown away by it.

Nothing, really... But maybe the fact that there wasn't any body lotion (but I could've read that in the information as well) or that there weren't any bathrobes - which I always like when I sleep somewhere else. But these are just sidenotes - we were extremely happy there.

L'endroit est calme, vue sur les moutons et les champs, le design de la chambre est très chouette, salle de bain avec 2 douches très sympa, chargeur pour iphone intégré à la table de nuit, velux à ouverture / fermeture électronique. Chaque chambre a un design et des couleurs différentes.

Mooie b en b.

In een intieme setting een heerlijk diner

Bij aankomst overvielen onze gasten blijkbaar de eigenaresse waardoor het wat stroef begon. Uiteindelijk hebben we genoten maar het gastheerschap zou beter kunnen.

Ruimte voor verbetering

Prachtige ligging.

Jammer genoeg hadden mijn moeder en ik 1 bed met 2 matrassen, in plaats van 2 aparte bedden. Er was geen tv en de kamer kon niet verduisterd worden. Ook was het raam stuk, dus dat moest blijven openstaan. Er was bij aankomst geen fris water voorhanden, enkel water uit de badkamerkraan. Bij 33 graden vonden we dit een groot minpunt. In de ontbijtruimte was het bloedheet! Ontbijt was redelijk, maar we hadden gehoopt op een buffet.

Prima verblijf voor een overnachting

Heel mooi en knus ingericht hotel. Parkeren naast de deur (gratis). Je hebt wel een auto nodig. Heerlijke bedden, heerlijke kamer. Wij zaten in de Trapeze kamer. We hebben er niet ontbeten omdat we er alleen overnachtten vanwege een familie feest in de buurt.

Er is geen tv en geen zonsverduisterende gordijnen dus je werd vroeg wakker. Maar dat is het enige. Prijs kwaliteit is erg goed. Volgende keer komen we wellicht weer.

Extreem rustige locatie, in alle stilte slapen en ontwaken. Heel mooie ligging!

Misschien ‘‘s avonds iets langer iets in de bar kunnen drinken of een automaat plaatsen waardoor gasten misschien nog iets kunnen kopen en gezellig buiten kunnen zitten met een drankje in de zomer.
