Upmarket accomodation ideal for walks along the beach and "ship spotting"

Location and views from the living room. Staff when contacting them by phone very friendly and efficient. Very good location for day trips to Bruges and Antwerps, App to access building and apartment really good once successfully installed on mobile phone. Very clean.

Car parking a bit narrow and very easy to ground the car with a fully loaded family car. Still a bit unclear where to "park" high-value bikes in the buildings, Not many restaurants open in January. Limited choice of supermarkets. Not enough washing up liquid and tabs for a week's stay.

Instructions overall were a bit poor. For example- the app you need to use as a key to garage, apartment etc. is only in Dutch. There is no info what you need to do when you for example forget your mobile phone and therefore are entirely unable to enter the building (and of course also can’t call the number provided) and the few times I called or emailed the staff (before and during the stay) they were not very friendly.

Relaxing stay with a dreamy view.

Great location with a stunning view. Close to lots of little towns both in Zeeland and in Belgium. Will absolutely visit again. The apartment itself was spacious enough for the three of us and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A home away from home.

The tapkey system was a little fiddley to figure out.

informatie verbeteren ivm de tapkey. we stonden in de kelder en konden langs geen kant binnen, er stonden nog mensen . er is blijkbaar een duidelijk tijdslot wanneer je binnen kan en op -1 is er geen internet mogelijk dus .......

Prima, maar wel ruimte voor verbetering!

Mooi appartement en luxe afwerking.

We verbleven in Mistral appartement 12-103 en er waren weliswaar 2 televisies maar zonder zenders. Slecht! Ook warm water was een probleem, met twee man douchen kwamen we erachter dat er geen warm water meer was. Dit voor deze prijs is niet conform.

Sehr modern und tolle Aussicht

Sehr schönes und modernes Apartment mit einer tollen Aussicht!! Parkmöglichkeit durch die Tiefgarage super. Fußläufig sind ein Supermarkt und weitere Geschäfte erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Den "Schlüssel" per App fanden wir praktisch.

Mooi en schoon appartement, goede ligging.

De temperatuur in de woonkamer; het was erg fris en de thermostaat kon niet hoger ingesteld worden. De laatste avond (buiten vroor het) niet in de woonkamer kunnen zitten vanwege de kou.

Tolle Wohnung mit allem Komfort

Die Wohnung war groß und modern eingerichtet. Toller Blick zum Strand. Wir waren 4 Personen und es war genügend Geschirr da, dass man nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine benutzen musste. Betten sehr bequem und auch die Schlafzimmer schön geräumig mit großem Balkon. Von der Tiefgarage - Einfahrt durch Nummernschilderkennung hat super geklappt - gelangt man mit dem Aufzug bis vor die Wohnungstür. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Plus Markt) in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Vorab keine Information darüber, dass man die Tapkey-App aufs Smartphone laden muss, um die Türen zu öffnen. Wenn wir das nicht in den Bewertungen gelesen hätten, hätten wir völlig ahnungslos vor verschlossenen Türen gestanden. Am Büro (Grote Kade 33) keine Öffnungszeiten angegeben, wir waren 2 x da und erst telefonisch haben wir erfahren, dass mittwochs geschlossen ist.

Einfach toll

Ich war jetzt nun schon zum 3. Mal in einem Appartement und auch dieses Mal habe ich mich wieder richtig wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick von den beiden Balkonen ist einfach toll, ich kann hier immer sehr entspannen und die Zeit genießen.

Fantastisch !

Het appartement is perfect ! Modern, netjes, ruim, alles is aanwezig. De ligging is zo mooi en zo rustig. De ondergrondse parking is ook een groot pluspunt en het gebruik van de Tapkey is super handig ! Er was een welkomstpakketje voor de hond, heel sympathiek ! Wij komen erg graag nog eens terug !

Prijs kwaliteit ruim overtroffen.

De ligging en het uitzicht zijn gewoon perfect. Het appartement heeft alles wat een mens nodig heeft. Comfort is zeer hoog. Het hele domotica gebeuren is top maar heeft even gewenning nodig. (iets dat de ouderen onder ons mss niet appreciëren ). Het dichtbij zijn van talloze eetgelegenheden is top. Supermarkt op nog geen 300m.

poortje naar het strand was defect of batterij leeg om poortslot te activeren; klein detail, je kan via andere weg naar 't strand. Geen negatief commentaar algemeen .

Perfekter Luxus Kurztrip mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Gute Lage, modern und riesengroße Wohnung, komplette Ausstattung (sogar ein kleiner Raclettegrill). Alles da was man braucht und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Immer wieder gerne. Kleine Sets mit nützlichen Dingen zum Putzen und für den Hund vor Ort.

Wallbox hat mit keiner unserer Karten funktioniert.

Urlaub mit Abstrichen

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet! Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage! Sauberkeit war sehr gut!

Die Lage! Leider hatten wir diesmal eine Wohnung im kürzlich fertiggestellten Gebäude Mistral! Drumherum nur Baustelle und bis man am Strand oder in der Stadt ist, muss man wegen der Baustelle die Hauptstraße lang! Die Betten waren nicht gut! Drei deutsche TV Sender leider nur! Der Service von Dormio hat uns auch nicht gefallen! Am ersten Tag wurde in unserer Abwesenheit der WLAN-Router ausgetauscht! Leider ohne Ankündigung! Wir haben davon nur erfahren, da ein kleiner Zettel auf unserem Tisch lag! Sowas geht für uns nicht! Auf unsere Mail haben wir keine Reaktion erhalten! Der Lift ging stundenlang nicht. Auch wieder keine Info von Dormio! Dann kam eine Mail von Dormio, dass wegen Hochwasser die Parkplätze vor dem PHAROS nicht genutzt werden sollen! Die Mail ging an alle Gäste mit einem Sammelverteiler! 90 Mailadressen für jeden einsehbar!

Moderne Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer/im Hafen

Die Unterkunft in dem kleinsten von drei größeren Apartmenthäusern lag im sechsten Stock (Aptm. 5/601) mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist recht hochwertig mit vollausgestatteter Küche inkl. Welcome Kit (Zucker, Kaffeekapseln, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, etc.). Das Zugangssystem Tap Key (muss als App runtergeladen werden!) hat super funktioniert. Eine Chipkarte oder Schlüssel haben wir sicherlich nicht vermisst. Die Lage ist sehr zentral am Hafen mit vielen kleinen (guten!) Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung.

Die Betten waren nach unserem Empfinden recht hart und die Lüftung im hinteren Bad hat man vorne im Hauptwohnraum deutlich laut gehört. Das hausinterne Restaurant hatte leider nicht (wieso eigentlich!?) geöffnet.

Schöne Wohnung mit Aussicht und Lage und Kritikpunkten

Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral im Ort und schöne Aussicht auf Hafen und Strand. Wohnung 3-401. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es war sehr sauber. Es gab sogar in jedem Schlafzimmer einen Fernseher.

Schlechter Service von Dormio. Die Telefonnotrufnummer ist eine Sondernummer und mit unseren Mobilfunkhandys nicht erreichbar. Das Büro ist nur Morgens 2 Stunden geöffnet und per email läuft alles schleppend. Der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht und war dann nach erneuter Ermahnung am 4.Tag instandgesetzt. Die App als Schlüssel ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Meine Eltern bräuchte ich in diese Ferienwohnungen nicht schicken. Die digitale Welt würde sie überfordern. Es gibt keine Kurzanleitungen für Backofen, Fernseher, Lüftungen, Heizung etc. in der Wohnung. Die Tiefgaragenparkplätze sind sehr eng. Mit einem großen Auto kaum möglich einzuparken.
