Do not recommend

No one was onsite when we arrived even if they knew exactly when we would arrive, it took awhile to get hold of anyone. We messaged right away - no reply. We left after 30 minutes as the facility was not what was described. Bathrooms are not private when you have to access public space to get there. We did not hear from anyone until about an hour after we left and then they absolutely refused refunding even after agreeing that the description was incorrect.

Proprietaria gentilissima che ha cercato di soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. Ambiente accogliente e pulito, macchina del caffè e biscottini a disposizione.

Il bagno, seppur privato e nuovissimo, era fuori la camera.

Piacevole soggiorno a Spotorno

Struttura moderna, pulita , a 15 minuti dal mare a piedi , caffè e biscottini nell’ ingresso per tutte e due le camere . Cuscino memory Materasso comodo Aria condizionata top Parcheggio all’interno della struttura Sig. Anna molto gentile

Due rampe di scale un po’ strette, poco spazio per valigie grosse, per raggiungere l’ingresso comune per tre camere di cui due con bagno esterno alla camera, per quanto riguarda gli asciugamani userei spugna per tutti e no misto, tra cotone e ciniglia . Consiglio crucce di legno e no di ferro 😄

Ottimo soggiorno a Spotorno

Camera pulita e spaziosa, arredata con cura, con piccola cabina armadio e balcone. Letto molto comodo. Parcheggio interno. Vicina al mare, raggiungibile con una passeggiata. Bagno adiacente , curato e pulito, con finestra! Ottima accoglienza!

Pulizia eccellente. Nota negativa bagno fuori dalla stanza, macchina del caffè staccata e colazione inesistente. 92€ mi sembrano eccessive

Bagno fuori dalla stanza , macchina del caffè spenta senza una presa nelle vicinanze e colazione inesistente. Alle 8 del mattino gran rumore da parte del personale nel rifacimenti stanze.

Toccata e fuga in Liguria

Nuovo e luminoso, possibilità di parcheggiare in cortile e di riporre le bici. Avevamo a disposizione anche una stanzetta riservata e separata, attrezzata con tavolo, bollitore, tisane, ecc.

Bellissimo weekend all’Albero della Vita

Struttura nuova, molto curata anche nei piccoli dettagli. Pulizia top…la sig.ra Anna è stata molto accogliente e cordiale, attenta a ogni necessità… ci torneremo sicuramente!

Imprevisto OK

La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile, un plus della struttura. Ci ha fatto trovare la camera e il bagno in ordine e puliti. La struttura è molto recente e curata, mi sono piaciuti soprattutto i bagni. Il sapone per le mani ha un ottimo profumo. La proprietaria ci ha dato ottime indicazioni per la cena e sull'autobus di linea. Ci ha messo a disposizione degli extra che io mi aspettavo ma non erano previsti.

I bagni purtroppo sono in corridoio e potenzialmente in condivisione. Manca l'insegna o qualunque tipo di indicazione in strada. Ho capito di essere al posto giusto perché mi ricordavo le foto. Quando si entra dal cancello non si sa da che parte accedere. Stavo entrando in casa dei proprietari. L'accesso per gli ospiti è attraverso una ripida scaletta in ferro, proibitiva per chi ha valigie grosse e pesanti. Purtroppo quando ho prenotato non era chiaro che si trattasse di affitta camere. Pensavo di avere una camera in un boutique hotel o al limite un B&B. Avendo frainteso mi aspettavo di poter avere il servizio di prima colazione ma non era previsto.

Sonno tranquillo

Vicinanza stazione, silenzio, pulizia. Materassi e cuscini ottimi.

Le camere non hanno i servizi in camera, bensi' al di fuori. Ogni camera ha un simbolo (tipo pesce, stella marina) di fronte alla camera abbiamo trovato il simbolo della nostra camera ...quindi il nostro bagno... per noi scomodo non trovarlo all' interno della nostra stanza.
