Exceptional

Great place to stay! Very modern, new appliances, large bathroom, comfy beds. The beach is just a minute away. Good AC and Wifi speed. Multiple restaurants, stores and an amazing focaccia place just 20 meters away. Paid street parking was a block away and we had no problem getting a spot there.

A warm blanket would be nice to add, since AC is cooling very well (it’s adjustable though) :)

An absolute jewel!

This room in an absolute gem!!! Beautiful attention to detail and impeccably, impeccably clean ! Wonderfully situated in the historic part of the city with access to the many restaurants, cafe's and bars which are a pleasure to find whilst exploring the many enchanting little streets of this pretty old town. The balcony is a lovely spot to sit and watch the world pass underneath. The nearest beach is a one minute walk away. This room has everything you would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Compliments to Alberto, the owner, whom I found to be extremely kind and available, for having created such a relaxing, and beautiful space. I hope i have the opportunity in the future to return. I also have to mention that the bed is super comfortable!

Un soggiorno migliore del previsto

La camera era molto ampia con un grande balcone con affaccio sul giardino anteriore. Letto grande e comodo. Un bel giardino retrostante fruibile anche a dicembre. La struttura è attaccata alla stazioncina Casabianca però se non si ha un'auto bisogna camminare un km per una farmacia, un bar o altro. Un ristorante vicino del quale non ho capito l'orario. Vicina all'aeroporto e quindi tranquilla da mezzanotte alle sei di mattina. Il luogo è comodo per chi lavora sa Roma e non può permettersi un soggiorno in città.

La colazione troppo essenziale: caffè o tè, succo di frutta, fette biscottate, un cornetto industriale, una porzione di marmellata e una di nutella. Congrua col prezzo pagato. Ma sarebbe preferibile non indicarla e stupire gli ospiti con un caffè.

Camera semplice. spaziosa e funzionale. Bagno esterno. Colazione basic. Struttura comoda perché attaccata alla stazione dei treni. Personale gentile.

Qualcuno potrebbe soffrire il rumore degli aerei in decollo, la struttura é vicina all'aeroporto di Ciampino.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Ein hübsches, kleines Zimmer mig einem sehr schönen Badezimmer mit Fenster - perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Liegt in der Fussgängerzone und nur 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Kaffeemaschine und Kapsel sowie Wasserkocher und verschiedene Teesorten sind vorhanden. Alberto, der Besitzer, ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, alles hat prima geklappt.

Das Zimmer ist wirklich relativ klein, wenig Platz die Sachen zu verstauen. Aber bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt spielt das keine Rolle.

La posizione ottima a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e dal centro.camera praticamente nuova e dotata di tutti i confort ,climatizzatore compreso. Wifi ok.silenziosa la sera.host super disponibile ad ogni eventuale richiesta.frigobar utilissimo per l'acqua o altre bevande.brioche e bollitore per the o caffè Consigliatissimo!!
