A place that instantly felt like a home away from home.

We recently completed a European road trip that took us from Northern Poland to the Italian coast over the course of a few months. We stayed a few days to a week in each location, before moving on to the next place to do more exploring. Residence al Porto was the favorite place we stayed for everyone in our group. The property is beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed. It has convenient and secure parking, and Christina the property manager was great to talk to as well as being willing to help with every question we could think to ask her. This place was the crown jewel of what was a wonderful trip full of other very nice accomodations.

That we didn't plan to stay here longer? There wasn't anything not to like in this property except that we underestimated how many things we would find to do in and around Spotorno.

Siamo stati molto bene. Un ringraziamento speciale a Cristina, sempre gentile e disponibile.

Struttura in ottima posizione a due passi dal mare e dal paese. Arredamento nuovo, bellissima piscina pulita. Wifi presente al piano -1 dove si possono trovare anche area giochi per bimbi, biliardo, calcio balilla, televisione ed una piccola palestra. Presente area lavanderia, utilissima per lunghi soggiorni.

Non c’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto, tutto perfetto. Due suggerimenti per migliorare ulteriormente: 1) estendere il Wi-Fi a tutta la struttura e non solo al piano -1 2) creare un po’ di privacy tra un terrazzo e l’altro: non è piacevole cenare vedendosi tra vicini.

Lo Staff è super gentile ed efficace per rendere il soggiorno piacevole e confortevole

Per la colazione poteva essere presente una macchina x espresso e bollitore. Comodo raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi in 3 minuti.

Dotazione di stoviglie essenziale ma sufficiente. Mancanza di una piastra per carne ai ferri. Lavastoviglie disattiva.

God beliggenhed ift. by og strand Dejlig lille og ikke overrendt pool Super parkerings forhold når man som os havde en bagboks på bilen

Hotellet ligger lige ved hovedfærdselsåre til Spotorno og et nærliggende Tivoli. Så der er meget og støjende trafik og om aftenen også meget larm fra tivoliet.

spazio, parcheggio e vicinanza al mare

Alloggio spazioso, arredo moderno, posizione buona (non proprio in centro ma abbastanza vicino al mare). Prezioso il parcheggio interno!

Mi sarei aspettato: - Lenzuola e asciugamani compresi nel prezzo (visto anche il prezzo stesso). Abbiamo portato i nostri e lo so ch’era scritto, ma li considero essenziali, un po’ come l’acqua calda. Eventualmente si possono mettere a pagamento gli extra che l’ospite può richiedere per soggiorni lunghi. - Un asciugacapelli più efficiente (quello a muro serve più che altro a scottare la mano) - Un wi-fi utilizzabile (è solo a -1). - Più attrezzatura (come minimo uno strofinaccio da cucina) - Meno avvisi minatori (50 euro se non si butta l’immondizia, 50 euro se non si pulisce) - Non dover spender tempo a inserire on-line i dati degli ospiti, come è stato richiesto - Una risposta più professionale al malfunzionamento dell’aria condizionata (come si è visto la mattina dopo, NON dipendeva dal mio utilizzo delle finestre)

Buona soluzione

La struttura è molto comoda, a due passi dal mare, raggiungibile tramite un comodo sottopassaggio. Il monolocale dispone di aria condizionata, di un angolo cottura accessoriato, un divano letto ed un bagno spazioso. È presente inoltre un parcheggio interno privato e una piscina con sdraio e ombrelloni, di cui noi però non abbiamo usufruito

Per il prezzo pagato, non mi è piaciuto che la biancheria da letto fosse da pagare a parte, i cuscini da letto sporchi e la lavastoviglie non utilizzabile. Avrei apprezzato anche qualche accessorio in più per la cucina, come sapone per i piatti, uno strofinaccio o spugna per la pulizia, o quantomeno che in fase di prenotazione venisse specificato in modo tale che uno possa eventualmente attrezzarsi.

Residenza molto curata composta da appartamenti moderni ed ampi. Anche le zone comuni e la piscina sono pulite e funzionali. La signora Cristina è stata gentile e molto accogliente.

Un bel posto. Il personale molto gentile!,non ti disturbano.Il mare vicino, c'è la bellissima piscina... E un paradiso per gli cane, e vicino di spiaggia per loro. Torniamo la prossima volta.
