Very nice lovely little stay

We loved the old villa, just across from the beach. The Breakfast is very nice. Location superb. Stuff are friendly.

The walls are paper thin, you hear neighbors and the market unpacking 5 am on the street, although it is totally Italian flair. There is no fridge in the room unfortunately.

Nice stay in the beautiful town of Spotorno.

Beautiful hotel next to the beach, and plenty of little shops and restaurants nearby. There’s also a little road train close by that goes regularly to the neighboring town. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was nice, clean and comfortable.

Sound insulation between rooms could be better, as it almost sounded like our neighbors were inside our room sometimes.

We are looking forward to going again!

We really liked this hotel, it is classic Italian but very clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice, very friendly and welcoming. The little courtyard is lovely, we had breakfast outside, it was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is absolutely great.

We had a room on the courtyard which was beautiful, unfortunately the bar the other side of the street decided to have a disco night and music blaring until 3am. It's absolutely not the hotels' fault but I think they should mention it to the town hall as it is a quite disturbing...

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed at. Would thoroughly recommend.

The view we had from the terrace was nice and the size of the rooms were an added bonus. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The parking was a problem as I had to leave the car 500m away but the walk along the seafront made the distance much shorter and the car park is safe.

Reception staff are very helpful, nice and friendly. The hotel itself is nice and cozy, very close to the beach and restaurants and bars.

Our room was on the ground floor so it was quite noisy with the windows open. The breakfast was basic.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was really friendly and kind, always smiling and available to help.

The furniture is a but outdated, the door a bit flimsy and the whole style of the room and bathroom really could do with some modernising.

Nice comfy room.

Breakfast was abundant and with wide variety. Only cross the street and you are on beach front. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They really went the extra mile to make us feel like at home. Very pleased with our stay.

Nice place to stay bar a few issues

Spacious room in a good location. Good breakfast in shaded outdoor courtyard.

Loud music played under our windows until after 23:00 on one night was totally inappropriate given the number of elderly guests and families with young children. Activities need to consider the needs of ALL guests not just a few. Only stopped when we questioned when it would stop so we could get some sleep! Use of beach not included in the rate unless on at least half board - especially considering the beach was virtually empty. No tea / coffee making facilities in the room. Yes this is Italy but if you want to attract international guests then international facilities need to be provided.

Tutto come da aspettative, bellissima la struttura, la camera e la zona all'aperto per la colazione e cena. Utile il parcheggio auto riservato e bellissima anche la spiaggia convenzionata con l'hotel. Ultimo, ma non per importanza, complimenti a tutto lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile.

Struttura e servizi buoni, il personale molto disponibile e professionale, una buona colazione e la mia camera era spaziosa e molto pulita, con letto comodo.

avrei preferito avere più scelta sul menù della cena e almeno una delle due camere che ho prenotato con un balcone, cosa che avevo chiesto telefonicamente ma che in struttura non ho avuto.

Eine schöne Woche in entspannter Umgebung.

Tolle Lage, stilvolles Haus mit Flair und Charm und immer freundlichem Personal. Großzügige, gut gepflegte Zimmer. Das Pensions Essen Abends (Primo/Secundo) sehr gut, Dessert leider knapp und eigentlich durchgängig das Selbe. Die Weinkarte ist sehr kurz aber man kann zu jedem Gericht fündig werden. Das Frühstück ist italienisch gut.

Mancava un po’ di manutenzione nel balcone della camera , erano carenti le luci in bagno e la tavoletta del bagno era ammaccata , sicuramente da sostituire

Essendo una struttura d’epoca , si potrebbe pensare di fare un isolamento acustico. Dalla parte di fronte della strada ( non imputabile al hotel però), c era la musica ad altissimo volume fino le 2-3 di notte proveniente da un bar

Schönes Hotel mitten im Trubel

Das Hotel ist Top. Schönes Ambiente. Nettes kleines EZ im Dachgeschoss mit A/C. Über die Strasse zum Strand, fairer Preis im Strandbad. Gutes Frühstück mit sehr gutem Cappuccino. Sehr Zentral zur schönen Altstadt.

Zwischen Hotel und Strand ist ein kleiner Park, in dem es manchmal bis spät Abends laut ist. Habe 2x übernachtet. 1x Dienstag+ 1x Freitag Nacht. Di. war ok aber anscheinend ist jeden Freitag Abend Disco gegenüber des Hotels. Also sehr laute Musik mit heftigem Bass bis 02:00 Uhr. Für lärmempfindliche Leute nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Das Rezeptionspersonal war sehr nett und ist auf meine Beschwerde professionell und fair eingengangen. Vielen Dank!

Comodo alla spiaggia e al centro, staff cortese e disponibile, bellissima struttura con spazi esterni molto gradevoli e curati. Camere molto spaziose pulite e letti comodi. Bagno molto grande.

Unica pecca, volendo cercare un difetto per chi ama dormire al mattino fino a tardi, è il rumore proveniente dalla zona colazione esterna al mattino presto a discapito delle camere con affaccio sul dehor... non adatto a chi cerca il silenzio..
