Clean, we fell in love with the fan…. Italy is hot!! Shower was good as was the toilet. The parking spot was a bit tricky but I soon worked out the best method. The clothes line and the outside shaded area were a bonus we didn’t expect.. The bed was comfortable; the fridge was pleasing to have in the heat! The situation was far enough from the beach to be quiet yet within 7 minutes drive. In summary: on this holiday we have stayed at 8 places,.. none has been a problem and certainly not this one in Spotorno!

Qualità/Prezzo molto buona, non sei molto lontano dal mare, un 10/15 minuti a piedi. Ha un mini cortile molto bello e un parcheggio auto perfetto. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.
Essendo un appartamento con più camere ad un certo punto quando sono arrivate persone con dei cani sono stati a piangere tutto il tempo sentendo i nostri rumori, ma ciò non ci ha creato problemi a noi. Televisione molto piccola e fa veramente caldo nonostante il ventilatore. Questi sono difetti molto piccoli ma per il resto siamo stati veramente bene.

Camera molto pulita e accogliente, il proprietario è stato assolutamente gentile e disponibile nello spiegare le modalità di check-in e check-out e i tragitti più brevi per raggiungere spiaggia e centro storico. Posto auto disponibile, assolutamente un plus da non sottovalutare!
