I had a great stay at Hello Vilnius Hostel, I liked everything about this place, the guy presented very well to me all around the hostel and overall I really enjoyed my experience. Beds are very comfortable and is very very clean, rooms showers etc
When I asked to change to a 4 bed dorm I was first told it would cost €35, and then I was asked to pay an extra €7, while the price that day on Booking was €22. I understand that changing rooms may involve an additional cost, but the pricing should be clear and consistent. Apart from this issue I had a good stay.

We went to our booked (and more expensive) accommodation outside Vilnius, only to be turned away for arriving late (despite leaving messages to explain our lateness to the owners and offering to pay the late fee). By contrast, this hostel took us in very late at night and the manager in particular did their utmost to accommodate us. This was true hospitality!

Very comfy beds, little kitchen area, microwave, fridge, good sound isolation, terrace, very quiet, sofa, very good location nearby bus and train station
No tv, not many plugs around the bed, no coffee, just tea in the room, no cutlery, except tea spoons
