the worst treatment in the world, as i could see on google is a dirty place, the lady didn’t inform on booking that you need to pay more money in case you arrive early, and she got mad because i arrived at 7, treated me bad and when i said i wanted to cancel and leave she said she would not give my money back, and i would just sleep for some hours and leave, anyway i don’t recommend

Dont stay in this place

The location, its really close to the station.

When i arrived at the place 1:30pm, the lady didn’t allow me to stay in the common area until 2pm to have my checkin, i booked 4 beds room and she put me on 8 beds room, the place was cold, the kitchen was durty, the room smelling bad, ive been in several hostels in my life but this one was the worse, during the night (4am) the guests talking.

6 bedbugs! …it seems they don’t launder sheets. Only hangs for a while and, when it straightens, gives to someone else I ought read reviews before coming - there were some warnings about fauna!

Don't stay here OMG

I stayed in an 8-person bunk bed yesterday, but I was bitten by bedbugs and felt terrible. The blanket they gave me was not clean and had been left by the previous person. It seemed like they never changed the sheets and hardly washed them. The bathroom was terrible. I still can't sleep after washing my body.

Convenient location near bus station and close to city centre.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hostel. I arrived an hour early just to leave my suitcase before check-in (which was at 2 pm), but the landlady refused to open the door and came across as quite weird in general. When I finally got inside, the interior was much darker and less welcoming than in the pictures. The 4-bed dormitory had a strong damp, musty smell and no window, which made it feel unpleasant and stuffy. The bathroom also smelled bad and the level of cleanliness and hygiene was very low. On top of that, she charged extra for a towel, which smelled like it had been marinating in a basement since the 90s. The blanket wasn’t much better either.... Although I managed to get some sleep, I couldn’t wait to leave. Overall, I would NOT recommend this hostel — there are much better options around.

Handy to bus and train station. Small kitchen 4 toilets and showers even though they were a bit cramped.

Bunk room was very cramped. Just enough room to put your pack down and that was it. Bunk room was in the basement and there wad only one window that opened on to the sidewalk meaning any noise came in. The worst part. I got bitten by bed bugs badly.

Following description of facilities are incorrect: 24-hour front desk - No From 12am to 2pm, there were no body in the front desk. I called the owner. She would be back after 2pm. Luggage storage - No I decided this place because of Luggage storage. I asked the owner about Luggage storage before checking in. She would do Luggage storage. But, she asked 4 euro for additional charge. Finally, no body were in the front desk when I checked out, I called the owner and she would be back after 2pm. She could not for Luggage storage. My plan was messed up for this. Soundproofing - No I used the room alone, and I had a hard time sleeping because I could hear someone talking on the phone at night. Shared kitchen - No Toilet - The toilet and urinal are together in the washroom. Also, two of these are so close. The urinal smells so bad I can't stand it. I almost vomited.

The lady is a kind and straight woman and the Hostel itself is very charming

The Hostel itself is really charming it has a particolare architecture. The owner should work on management and ta long care of hygiene mostly in the toilets. I know that many people come already with a lack of hygiene however rules should be strict cause this Hostel is a lovely tiny place close to everything, centre, airport and transports, but those things affect negatively this place. Also i would advice to separate per gender this could be very nice. I would not recommend this place for people having big luguage only backpackers and also not recommended for to people having a big size. I would suggest this place for 2 nights/weekend not for long stay

The lack of hygiene in the toilets drives me crazy. Please dear people also learn to take shower and change your clothes including your underwear. It is shameful to see people sleeping with the same clothes, going out with taking a shower and keeping them😱. I

Two old lady was working hard. They were very helpful. I was amazed to see that they are working in their old age.

Bad mistake

Never open the door. If you arribe before the check in (even leting them know beforehand) they do not let you in not even to sit or leave your bagage. Bad mistake paying for this. In 15 minutes i was checked in other place for half the price. And they open the door with an smile.

Very dirty, very smelly, very cramped accommodation - underground rooms with poor natural light, flimsy wooden bunk beds tightly squeezed into a small space with barely enough room to pass between, bins in the ‘lounge’ brimful with empty beer cans.

Valuable option to fill the gap between bus and plane.

Good place to stay for a short period. I spent 2 nights, during the day it was empty and I was alone. Shower room and wc were always clean and without any smells.

Amazing location,staff absolutely lovely!

It was super dirty. Kitchen didn't look like it's been cleaned for decades and showers/toilets were dirty too. Dust everywhere. Not many facilities too. It was too dirty to cook anything . If the cleanliness issue got sorted it would be an amazing place to stay!! :)
