The hotel is very comfortable and cozy — it truly feels like a home away from home. I was kindly allowed to check in about three hours earlier, which I really appreciated. I received an email with an access code and was able to enter easily and without any issues.
The room was very clean and beautifully designed, with a warm Italian atmosphere. Although it is listed as a single room, it actually feels more like a small studio — there is a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes, and all the furniture is of high quality.
The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, comparable to those in high-end hotels. Honestly, I didn’t even feel like leaving the room for a walk — it was that relaxing and pleasant.
The shower cabin also deserves a special mention — it has a spa-like feel and made the stay even more enjoyable.

The place was very comfy, everything you need was there. Bed very comfortable, the lights were cozy, water hot with great pressure, the place was very clean.
It was a bit more used up than in photos, but it’s always like this. What actually was not great service - I’ve ask if there was any possibility to have slightly later check out as I was waiting for a very important job call right at the time of the check out, which is 10am. I tried to contact the staff trough booking, then again trough the email they’ve sent the check in - no response whatsoever. Then 4 minutes to 10 someone knocked at the door reminding I have to leave at 10. The cleaning lady was very nice and obviously didn’t know about my check out request, so no blame on her. But overall - some kind of response would have been polite, even if it was a negative one. The call was over at 10:20, which means I wouldn’t have overstayed even half an hour..
