Chris the property manager was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable with excellent location for my work and a short walk from the town centre

A brand new, albeit unfinished property. Comfy bed and a quiet location. (This review is not for exning road, as i was moved to a house in 6 mile bottom, but I suspect this property was better than the one I booked)
Not an ensuite as booked, no lock on the shower door. Shower was a wet room and nowhere to get get dressed when dry, you have to walk through communal areas to get back to room. Annoying beep every 30 secs ( smoke alarm or similar) rooms not soundproof as advertised, no TV as advertised. The room i was in was on ground floor facing the drive, and windows not completely covered and not offering much privacy. Room wasn't clean, stains on tiles and dirty old socks left in the corner. Over priced for what it was.

"We booked accommodation to attend the races for my daughter’s a 21st birthday celebration - we only needed a room to change and bed for night and this property delivered - the location is perfect.
