Perfect central location in an old building

Location was perfect, the apartment perfectly equipped with everything you might need, a big bathroom eith enough space for toiletries, perfeftly clean, a really comfortable bed with nice smelling sheets and enough light all over the apartment. The owner is super helpful and reacts immediately to all messages.

As the building is quite old, there is an intense moisture smell all over and in the apartment there is a old pipes smell in the bathroom. Cheap toilet paper

Location was a walkaway from sights. Clean and had everything needed. Good communication with host. Checked in and out easily. Would go again !

Confortable stay, clean apartment

Comfortable, well equipped, had an air conditioner for when it got too cold inside and a capsule espresso machine. Very nice they left us 4 capsules so we can enjoy a coffee every morning.

The apartment from the photos was a different one with a loft. This one was good as well, but still, false advertising in my opinion. Also, we were asked to take out the trash with no instructions where so we left it there. There was little natural light in the apartment and the windows were to some interior courtyard of some sorts.

Nice and clean apartment near city center

Great location near city center (free parking on Via Umbria was approximately 9 minutes walk away), nice and clean apartment, self check-in, very kind host who gave us some good advices, the nets on the windows were a big plus 👌

Very soft bed, which was very uncomfortable for us and also very narrow shower for us.. and a bit creepy staircase

The property was located 15 min walking the train station,and 5 min the historical center.Second floor no lift. Easy to go in to the apartament. This apartment had a very nice kitchen will all items you need to cook a good meal. Very easy to reach all the historical sitës.In front of the property you have a store for shoping.

Sophia was a very friendly and helpful person always available in case I needed help with anything or just needed some tips where to eat or drink in Parma. The location is very central which makes it easy to get around. The bed was super comfortable and the building had a ancient charm to it. Most definitely a great place to stay for single travelers or couples. Looking forward to my next adventure in Parma :)

Близкое расположение к центру города.

Хозяин под одним названием разместил на booking.com информацию о двух АБСОЛЮТНО. РАЗНЫХ объектах. В основном все фотографии и положительные отзывы относятся к описанию Лофта 1, а не Лофта 2, где мне пришлось провести две ночи. Я много лет пользуюсь для своих поездок booking.com и очень тщательно подбираю жильё, ссылаясь на отзывы и фотографии тех, кто там останавливался. Лофт 2 - это мрачное жильё с мрачными картинами над обшарпанным столом, узкие окна, выходящие на глухую стену, ванная комната, выкрашенная в темный цвет, крошечная кухня, шумный кондиционер, и в завершение - огромный шкаф, закрытый на замок. Как это похоже на описание, размещённое на сайте?

L'appartamento è molto accogliente, pulito, ordinato e vicino al centro. Il self check-in è davvero comodo. L'host è gentile e disponibile per ogni evenienza e la comunicazione è stata facile e puntuale. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura.

Ottima soluzione

Posizione buona a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. La casa è accogliente, molto pulita, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort compresa la macchinetta del caffe con le cialde. Il soppalco è molto carino e dotato di condizionatore che, d'estate, sarà indispensabile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Di fronte si trovano diversi piccole botteghe di alimentari etc.., utilissime per soggiorni più lunghi. Lo terrò in considerazione per i miei prossimi viaggi a Parma.

L'appartamento si trova in una strada trafficata e molto "animata" la notte 😅 Questo ovviamente non dipende dall'appartamento ma lo segnalo perché con le finestre aperte il vociare era veramente fastidioso.
