A Good Choice for Both a Transit Stop and a Longer Stay

I would like to highlight the owner, who responded and reacted to all questions very quickly. He agreed to arrange a late check-in. The apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located. It has everything you need. Everything was very clean and pleasant.

We liked everything; there is only one thing worth noting objectively. The air conditioner is located in the living room, so it gets a bit warm in the bedroom at night, but it didn’t bother us.

The host is super nice, it welcomed us, showed us hot everything in the apartment works, where and how to park for free, etc. Really wonderful. The store is near and public transport is 5 minutes walk. Really one of the best experiences via the booking.

Nothing to dislike, but if you undestand italian, that will help with the host.

Very clean and spacious. Great location

A very well equipped apartment, managed by an amazing, welcoming host, who was very helpful from the moment we first communicated. Very clean and spacious with a nice, small balcony. Walking distance to the historic center of Parma (20' by foot from Parco Ducale, which leads into the center). We parked right outside the building. There is also a nearby supermarket and a small shopping center, 4' away by foot.

Super mieszkanie.

Fajne przestronne mieszkanie. Lokalizacja bezpieczna i spokojna. Ogromnym plusem jest wewnętrzny parking dla auta. Do centrum łatwy dojazd autobusami, które znajdują się kilka minut od mieszkania. Właściciel niesamowicie pomocny i dbający o klienta. Dziękujemy bardo. Dziękujemy również za polecenie pobliskiej restauracji. Wygląd z zewnątrz, nie oddaje rewelacji i kunsztu tego miejsca. Jedna z lepszych pizz, które jadłem we Włoszech.

Appartamentino comodissimo per raggiungere il centro, pulizia eccellente

Appartamento molto carino ed estremamente pulito, dotato dei comfort necessari ad un soggiorno tranquillo. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi, possibilità di posteggio auto gratuito (per nulla scontato a Parma). Host gentilissimo, disponibile ed accogliente.

L'appartamento è dotato di condizionatore, che però si trova nel soggiorno subito adiacente alla camera da letto. Tuttavia il tutto si risolve tenendo la porta della camera sempre aperta con l'impianto in funzione per raffreddare anche la camera.

Super fijn verblijf met goede communicatie

Het was een erg fijn appartement en we zijn enorm goed ontvangen. We kregen veel tips toegestuurd om te doen in de buurt en om te gaan eten. Het parkeren voor de deur was erg prettig.

Tutto perfetto, in particolar modo la biancheria a dir poco fresca e pulita.

È un po' distante dal centro e affaccia su un cantiere. Ma è comunque una zona tranquilla.
