Fantastic Stay

Absolutely gorgeous apartment! Fantastic sea view and comfortable beddings, got really nice sleep and happy time with Dedaj resort, and dear Donika was really helpful and responsive and so so friendly! Thanks a lot for the stay, was an unforgettable experience💗Convenient for parking and got quiet nights as well, and had a really cute cat neighbor!

Exceptional comfort and peaceful holiday at Villa Tina

It’s been a long time since I stayed in an apartment that offers such comfort as Villa Tina. I usually sleep very poorly whenever I change places, but the beds and pillows here were absolutely fantastic. Since I work a lot, this kind of peaceful break especially the quiet moments on the terrace overlooking the sea was exactly what I needed. The staff were always available and extremely kind. We will definitely come back again.

Beachfront bliss with stunning view, chic style and flawless service.

Absolutely amazing stay! Truly exceeded all expectations! The location is perfect, literally right at the beach, with a breathtaking sea view from the apartment. The building itself is beautiful and gives off serious MTV Cribs vibes: modern, stylish, and super chic. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need from an iron steamer to luxurious Rituals toiletries. Every detail was clearly thought through to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The pool area was a dream overlooking the sea, with great lounge beds, soft music playing in the background, and a relaxed, elegant vibe. Service was also top-notch, any question we had was answered immediately. This place has the full package: style, comfort, and location. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful facility! beautiful location and view from the terrace. luxurious interior of the apartment provided us with a comfortable rest.The huge two-bedroom apartment turned out to be an excellent choice, the children had their own bathroom. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, cleanliness 1A! The service of the facility was very nice and constantly available.

Quick but happy stay

The apartment was worth the price. If we do return to Zadar, we will pick this place again.

The apartment is luxurious with high ceilings and very cosy beds. Donika and the cleaning staff were exeptiinally helpful with everything and fast in communicating. Late checkout and early checkin was possible, which was very helpful for us with our 2 little children. The pool area and the view was amazing. Located a couple of busstops to the city center is one great plus.

Concerning the apartment itself, I’m nagging on a very high level, but the kitchen was a bit sparely equipped for us as a family. I would have wished for 4 additional water glasses, 1 propper kitchen knife, one salad bowl, cleaning wipes and a broom. The internet disconnected regularly in the evening, which could easily be improved. Concerning the location: The close beach was crowded (we visited during high season) and we found too much trash for our taste. Such a pitty! Unfortunately there is a street between appartment and beach. I think this would make a great pedestrian zone - but this 2 points are up to the community and not Villa Tina :) Minimum 15 mins walk to the next good restaurant, which in the heat for our little ones was quite a distance. Therefore we visited sunshine restaurant twice for lunch, which I wouldn’t recommend, if your walking radius is bigger than ours. In my opinion it’s well overpriced for the quality it offers.

Really lovely relaxing time on the Zadar coast

Collecting the keys was very easy, once we had located the correct villa, as our hosts were waiting for us. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable and the view from the pool deck and adjacent bar area was tremendous. And there was a very handy mini-market just 200m along the street. Oh, and the sea was literally across the road from the front door! Our hosts recommended some excellent local restaurants and provided lots of other useful local info, as well as a welcome drink and a few other treats during our stay.

Locating the correct villa on arrival by car was a little trickier than expected as there were no obvious villa signs (nor street numbers) visible from the road. Also we had one or two issues with the controls of some of the appliances in the apartment, but both Rajmonda and Franko were very helpful in getting them resolved quickly.

Magical stay

My family and I really liked this accommodation. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, the garden terrace was amazing. The staff was really friendly and helpful, all in all the service was great. The view from the terrace with a swimming pool is amazing. It was really nice staying here and we’re willing to return one day.

The beach near the villa is pretty small and there are some sunbeds but no parasols, actually it doesn’t really matter, because it’s possible to lay next to the swimming pool and just come down to swim in the sea as it’s only a few steps away from the villa’s territory.

Best place in Zadar - believe me ⛱

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable apartment. All off things what you need to living, cooking and relaxing is inside, even sharp knives and a blender or paper to baking. Totally professional hotel staff, helpful in every aspect of daily life. View from the pool and relax space is beautiful 🏖 Near to the beaches and restaurants. If we go back to Zadar, we’ll choose this apartment again for sure!

Lovely property in great location for sea and only short taxi ride into the old town.

Location near beach wonderful and was only a reasonable taxi ride into town. Apartment very well appointed and very clean. We were met early by Franko who was so helpful and informative. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The pool area was amazing and the communal area with honesty bar made the whole stay memorable. We would highly recommend the property and we will be back.

We only booked the evening before and had communication from Franco that we could have an early check-in. Rajmonda the housekeeper was fantastic & made us feel at home. There are steps into the sea right in front of Villa Tina & we enjoyed a lovely swim.

Piece of paradise, absolutely fabulous

Since the moment we walked in (4girls) we fell in love. The property is beautiful, everyone so carrying, service minded, friendly and always smiling! Very easy to communicate, they are always ready to help you with whatever requirements you come up with. You never get tired of waking up here- its a piece of paradise! Great atmosphere with awesome views. Rooms are very clean & spacious, the interior stylish and beds so comfortable! We will definitely return. They made our trip unforgettable and they stay a part of our memories. We miss them already!
