The apartment was clean, comfy, and well equipped, with a beautiful garden and a jacuzzi.

We booked very last minute (5 PM for the same night) and arrived at 3 AM, but the host contacted us right away and made everything super easy. Check-in in the middle of the night went smoothly, and we were welcomed with kindness and patience.

My little son loved the pool – for me the water was a bit too cold, but that’s just personal taste.

Three nights in Zadar

Beautiful view of the sea. Close 2 minute walk to the beach. Market was only a 5 minute walk. Beautiful apartment. Nicely furnished and decorated. Parking included. Comfortable beds. Friendly and accommodating staff. Coffee and other beverages available if desired. About a 10 minute drive to old town. Stayed in apartment #6.

Only thing missing was a TV in the master bedroom....but when on vacation, who really spends that much time watching TV?

A truly comforting stay, even in spite of the extreme heat.

First of all, I appreciated the kindness and help of Mrs. Era and her Ukrainian colleague (even despite the language barrier). Modern facilities, swimming pool, cleanliness, quiet area, location very close to the beach (with stones), restaurant and grocery store. An accommodation that deserves to be fully recommended.

I could point out only two minuses: the uncomfortable pillows for sleeping and the rather weak light in the bathroom, which could create difficulties when shaving.

We had the penthouse great terraces and hot tub. Also had a 1 bed apartment. Very clean and modern. Mario checked us in and was super friendly and helpful. Zadar old town was 15 to 30 min car journey depending on time of day. Bars and restaurants and beach all within walking distance. Pool area very clean and not crowded. Only small but fine.

Penthouse had no wardrobes or anywhere for clothes. No robes and slippers, no full-length mirror Bathroom not private. Lots of clear glass. Fine for us, but maybe not a new relationship. Lol Great place

There is only one restaurant within walking distance. Also, supermarket is not within the walking distance. It would be great if room services woud be better.

The friendly staff, especially Mrs Era made our stay delightful! The unexpected coffee and croissants each morning were a nice treat while reading on the terrace overlooking the sea.Being able to rent a paddle board directly from the apartment was great! Our daughter loved the turtles found in the garden. What a wonderful start to our holiday! Thank you.

Amazing if you have clicked on this property book it!

Location was perfect. Meters from the beach and a great selection of nearby restaurants. On-site staff very attentive and friendly. Room was very spacious and comfortable bed with good quiet aircon. Short and very reasonable taxis into Zadar centre. Hot-tub was a nice feature surrounded by fresh figs and grapes growing.

Nothing at all. Could do with a brush, mop and and Iron of you are staying the week to keep it clean but we more than coped.

I recommend the object. Not far from the old town, close to the beach. A great place to relax if you do not want to be in the noisy center all the time, but have it close enough to be able to use restaurants and shops. on site swimming pool, in the rooms clean ;)

Good size apartment good facilities gym, sauna etc.

Construction site next to the apartment where our bedroom was located starting work every day Monday - Saturday at 8am that we were not warned of. This also went on throughout the day round the pool. Ivana and Franko both excellent however the cleaners weren’t so friendly. We were offered another room at the front of the hotel next to the entrance of the apartments where people were in and out constantly also facing the road which would have disturbed our evenings of what we wanted to do which was to relax on the terrace we had paid for, so we declined this half way through our 7 day trip after asking for a room change. We were given a 15% refund which in all honesty wasn’t enough of a refund considering the situation, to not write an honest review.

Un endroit exceptionnel avec un personnel exceptionnel.

C’est un endroit parfait face à la mer mais surtout très confortable et extrêmement propre. La terrasse avec piscine face à la mer est superbe, l’accès au bar est très appréciable mais surtout un immense merci à Era ! Elle est exceptionnelle, aux petits soins, toujours présente et souriante. Et un grand merci à Franko également toujours disponible, il vous conseille les meilleurs endroits et restaurants et le suivi jusqu’à l’arrivée à la Villa Delux est parfait. Quelle belle expérience ! Allez-y les yeux fermés. Petit plus: une boisson chaude, un croissant et des fruits sont offerts chaque matin; quelques petites tortues se baladent dans le jardin.

Pobyt bardzo udany, czuliśmy się jak w domu z pięknym widokiem na morze i basenem.

Super lokalizacja tuż przy plaży. Z tarasu widać było morze. Obiekt bardzo nowoczesny i mądrze zaprojektowany tak że każdy z gości mógł czuć się prywatnie. Polecam apartament z prywatnym jacuzzi. Na śniadanie była kawa i croissant 🥐 dla każdego gościa. Bardzo miła obsługa. Era była bardzo uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Bardzo fajna osoba. Dodatkową atrakcją były dwa żółwie w ogrodzie nimi oczywiście piękny basen.

Bardzo eleganckie miejsce o wysokim standardzie. Apartamenty bardzo czyste, nowocześnie urządzone. Basen i miejsce do wypoczynku idealne. Niezwykle uprzejmi pracownicy. Rano poczęstunek dla wszystkich gości -coś wyjątkowego i nie było w ofercie. Bardzo uroczy i wyjątkowy obiekt z wyjątkowymi ludźmi. Dziękujemy bardzo :)
