Location was very good... the area was very quiet and was very close to different beaches and boat area. Walk distance to restaurants. Very friendly owner of the apartment and was very helpful with guides etc. If you have an electric car you are able to charge the car at the parking area. Nice little swimming pool next to our apartment.

Excellent choice for a memorable Croatian experience!

Everything about this apartment was perfect for our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Fabulous shower . Location to amenities, beaches and day trips. Easy covered parking. Well functioning WiFi. Powerful AC in each room. Private pool great for a relaxing dip. AND THE HOST! Ana and her husband were extremely kind and friendly. Ana is resourceful with all information and always ready to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Savršen vikend u savršenom smještaju!

Od samog dolaska pa sve do odlaska – sve je bilo apsolutno savršeno! Vlasnici su izuzetno srdačni i gostoljubivi, topli ljudi koji su nas dočekali s osmijehom i učinili da se osjećamo kao kod kuće. Uvijek su bili na raspolaganju za sve što nam je trebalo, a opet nenametljivi – točno onako kako treba biti. Smještaj je izuzetno čist, moderan i s ukusom uređen, svaka sitnica je pažljivo osmišljena. Terasa oduzima dah – doslovno možete s nje skočiti ravno u bazen! 😄 Bazen je pravo osvježenje, kristalno čist, s idealan za opuštanje uz kavu, koktel ili jednostavno uživanje u miru i tišini. Sve u svemu, jedan od najboljih smještaja u kojem smo ikad boravili. Za svaku preporuku – ako tražite mjesto za pravi odmor, ne tražite dalje! Vraćamo se sigurno opet😊

Wunderbare Wohnung für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Eine wunderschöne, helle und große und neue Wohnung. Die Betten sind groß und gemütlich. Wlan und Smart-TV für alle, die es brauchen. Die Couch und auch die Außencouch sind sehr gemütlich. Man kann seine Wäsche waschen und in der Zwischenterrasse sehr gut trocknen. Anfangsbestände wie Kaffeekapseln, Öl, Gewürze, Waschmittel, Duschbad sind vorhanden. Die Gegend ist sehr angenehm, man fühlt sich wohl und sicher, auch im Erdgeschoss. An jedem Fenster und jeder Tür Fliegen-/Mückengitter sowie Außenjalouien. Der Pool war auch im Oktober noch wunderbar warm. 10 min Spaziergang zum wilden Strand mit dem allerschönsten Sonnenuntergang. Leckere Restaurants und auch Streetfoodläden fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenso. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist auch super fix und lösungsorientiert.

Tolles, modernes Appartement mit viel Komfort und idealer Lage.

Das Appartement war sehr hell und modern eingerichtet. Alle Räume verfügten über Verdunkelungsrollos, und die Klimaanlagen sorgten jederzeit für ein angenehmes Raumklima. Der weitläufige Balkon bot reichlich Platz. Die Unterkunft bot zwei große Schlafzimmer sowie ausreichend Schränke und Abstellmöglichkeiten. Auch der beheizte Pool war ein echtes Highlight. Der Strand war fußläufig gut erreichbar, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befanden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ubytovanie môžeme len odporúčať!

Všetko, veľmi pekné, vkusne zariadené. Čistučké. Klíma aj v izbách. Pre nás je výhodou práčka a umývačka. Fajn teraska pri bazéne. Keď sme chceli súkromie jednoducho sme zatvorili a zastreli si. V blízkosti pekárnička, stánok s ovocím, reštaurácie aj obchod. Ubytovanie presne ako na fotkách. My sme veľmi spokojní a radi sa vrátime. Ana prajem Vám všetko dobré a ďakujeme ešte raz 🌷

Nebolo nič, čo by sa nám nepáčilo. 🌷 Občas bolo tesne miesto na parkovanie. Možno by bolo fajn do budúcna uvádzať o ktorý apartmán na ktorom poschodí sa jedná….pred rezerváciiou nám to nebolo z popisu úplne jasné, keďže pri všetkých je odfotený aj bazén (je pre všetkých ubytovaných, nie súkromný ak by niekto nevedel vyčítať). To nieje kritika, len tip. Ale určite sú všetky super. My sme spokojní a radi sa vrátime.

Loistava tukikohta rentouttavan loman viettoon!

Uusi, hieno huoneisto viihtyisässä talossa. Uima-allas aina käytettävissä, ilmastointi kaikissa huoneissa. Viihdyimme hyvin Zadarissa viettämämme ajan Villa Aureassa, kaikki mitä tarvitset on lähistöllä, uimaranta, ruokakaupat ravintolat ja zadarin vanha kaipunki on helposti saavutettavissa bussilla taksilla pyörällä tai jopa kävellen.

Een erg goed verblijf

Het zwembad was erg fijn in combinatie met de ligging tov het centrum (taxi’s zijn erg goedkoop) en het strand. Er zijn genoeg goede restaurants in de buurt voor als je geen zin hebt om naar het centrum te gaan.

Ładny i duży nowy apartament z dobrym wyposażeniem (super, że był ekspres do kawy i kapsułki 🙂), bardzo przyjemny basen z ciepłą wodą. Właściciele sympatyczni i bardzo pomocni.

Może tylko to, że nie było w mieszkaniu kuchenki mikrofalowej, pomimo tego, że była w opisie, ale nie przeszkadzało nam to zbytnio, więc nawet nie zgłaszaliśmy.

Traumhaftes und sehr luxuriöses Apartment

10/10 – Hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Wir hatten das Apartment eigentlich nur zur Übernachtung gebucht, aber als wir ankamen, waren wir komplett sprachlos. Ehrlich gesagt schreiben wir sonst selten Bewertungen – aber dieses Erlebnis war einfach außergewöhnlich. Der beheizte Pool mit Massagedüsen ist ein Traum – glasklares Wasser, gepflegt und ruhig. Direkt davor liegt unsere private Terrasse, die man komplett mit einer hochwertigen Schiebeglaswand abtrennen kann. In Kombination mit der gemütlichen Lounge-Ecke und dem ausfahrbaren Sonnenschutz entstand ein eigener, geschützter Rückzugsort – pure Entspannung! Das Apartment selbst ist modern, stilvoll und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Bequeme Betten, luxuriöse Regendusche, alles blitzsauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Lage? Einfach unschlagbar. In derselben Straße wie das Falkensteiner Hotel, nur 5 Gehminuten zum Strand, Restaurants und Promenade – und dennoch angenehm ruhig gelegen. Ein weiteres Plus: der private Parkplatz direkt vor dem Apartment mit Carport – idealer Schutz fürs Auto bei Sonne oder Regen. Die Gastgeber? Unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert – man spürt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Fazit: Diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Wir kommen definitiv wieder – und können es jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: die Ladestation für E-Autos ist aktuell noch im Aufbau – aber keine Sorge, beim nächsten Besuch werden wir sie sicher nutzen!
