Extremely bad experience (We have reserved 3 apartments for a family group) All apartments were poorly equipped and 1 of them was unacceptably small, so much so that it was almost impossible to walk around the bed, open a door, etc. Bedrooms: no air conditioning in any of the bedrooms, no curtains (not even on the ground floor), no beside tables, lamps and power sockets. Impossible to charge your telephone, or leave your book. We had a broken lamp in the lounge and have asked every day to fix it, and every day the reply has been "Tomorrow". A thorough analysis of the past reviews shows that previous guests had the same complaint 1 year ago! In all rooms: loose wires hang from the walls and disconnected pipes stick out of the floor! All very unsafe with kids around! (30 cm of pipes) Several promoted features were comletely missing or inappropriate: no safebox, wifi connection slowly and completely absent in some rooms, parking insufficient for the guests, ending up in a little "tetris" game Cats bowls and food scattered on the stairs: disgusting!

Good location for beach and city by bus

Very nice and friendly family! I booked the for my parents in law as you want to have holidays :) The view is really great and the location is good. Actually you don’t need a car as the bus stop is about 100 m away that brings you to the old town bridge to Zadar. And the beach is about 150 m away and a couple of restaurants are nearby too. The shower drain was stuck and the landlord fixed it same day while they’ve been at the beach. As well a request for the second key was given immediately. All in all a good apartment for 4 persons with a great balcony where you could have breakfast and sea view. The parking is n the own premises and is included as well.

Comfortable accommodation for three, not for four.

Compact but nice. Good location - close to beach. Very clean rooms. Wonderful terrace even though it small.

Poor WiFi. It would be a good idea to replace an oven with a washing machine. Not enough shelves and towel holders in the bathroom.

Great location, nice apartment and terrace. Clean rooms, nice furniture, fresh towels after 5 days. Owners are pleasant and available for any question.

Ennek ellene csodás napokat töltöttünk ott.....

Csodás szállás, rendkívül jó helyezkedésű volt az apartman isteni volt a part közelsége. Boltok, közel, buszmegálló közel...Minden szép, tiszta, felszerelt, szállásadók barátságos, kedves emberek..

Az ára az nem volt barátságos.., a szokásos, közeli helyekhez képest....és az internet használat, ugyanis szinte használhatatlan volt.

Прекрасні апартаменти біля моря на околиці Задару

Чудові чисті, нещодавно відремонтовані апартаменти в 3- поверховий будівлі, на околиці Задару, районі Дікло, поруч з набережною. Все як на фото, охайно, нові меблі та посуд, зручні ліжка. Є все необхідне для приготування їжі, уборки, миття посуду, капсули для посудомойки. В ванній кімнаті є туалетній папір і рідке мило. Солі, перцю, олії немає. Кондиціонер тихий, на 2 кімнати хватало. Москитних сіток на вікнах немає, но комарі нам не заважали. Господарь пан Лука із родиною живут в цій же будівлі на 2 поверсі, завжди привітні і готові допомогти. На території живут два котики (на сходах біля двірей господарів стоять миски з кормом), но вони нікому не заважають. Поруч з апартаментами, в 100м праворуч по набережній, є мінімаркет Тоmmy, там є все необхідне. В 100м праворуч і ліворуч є зупинка автобусу #8, який їде до Градського мосту в центр міста (для бажаючих погуляти по старому місту і недалеко від нього є чудовий пляж Каловаре). До моря біля апартаментів є два спускі: 20м праворуч і 50м ліворуч, там вузька полоска пляжу з бетонною плитою, камянистим дном і заходом по сходах (також є поодинокі місця з пологим заходом по гальці). Є душі, зонтики, туплетів немає. Пляж не дуже підходить для маленьких дітей, потрібні аквашузи! Більш комфортний пляж Борік з пологим заходом, пісчаним дном, знаходиться в 500м ліворуч. Там є душі, морозиво, снекі, водні розваги, туалетів чомусь також немає🙁

Апартаменти знаходяться на дуже вузькому провулочку з односторонним рухом, де щоб проїхати великою машиною, треба бути дуже обережними. Парковка є праворуч і ліворуч від будівлі на 8 паркомісць, но машини стоять в два ряди, щоб виїхати, треба мінятися місцями. Інтернет нестабільний, периодично зовсім пропадал сигнал, особливо ввечері. Дуже скрипуча дверь на балкон!!! Сковорідка не підходить для жарки, тільки для тушкування (прийшлося купувати свою в супермаркеті🙁)! Нам не хватало лопатки і кухонних ножиць, но це не критично!

nie wygodne materac jak dla mnie , brak podstawowych w kuchni np przypraw olej itd drobne które są tanie i dla podróżującego który np musi kupić 1 kg soli to bez sensu a dla gospodarza żaden koszt tylko plus na dobry wyposażeniu. My np zostawiliśmy te rzeczy w kuchni.

Piękny widok z balkonu na morze. Wygodne łóżka, klimatyzacja w głównym pokoju, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Internet działał, ale zasięg był ograniczony. Bardzo blisko do plaży – idealne miejsce na wypoczynek.

Zadar/Diklo är en trevlig plats att besöka, bra utbud av restauranger

Det var en lägenhet, så ingen frukost, men mycket trevlig värd. Han bor i fastigheten så lätt att nå. Stranden ligger bara 25 meter bort och det finns restauranger och caféer inom hundra meter. Vi kunde parkera inne på tomten så bilen var väl skyddad. Ganska trångt dock.

Vår lägenhet var ganska mörk men hade i övrigt allt nödvändigt. Balkong mot baksidan som inte var så stor.
