Great apartment with terrace and perfect pool

We had a perfect stay at Mato apartment. The host was so great and helpful, she even let us to arrive earlier and do the check-out later due to our flight. The apartment had everything we needed, we loved the big terrace and swimming pool with comfy sunbeds. The grocery store and beach are very close. We felt really good and enjoyed our time at this wonderful place.

Great, clean, well equipped apartment

Great apartment. I thought the apartment was nicer than in the photos. We were in the ground floor, two bedroom apartment overlooking the pool. Apartment was very clean. Spacious kitchen/ living area and good ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. Parking at the property was good - always space for our car. Apartment is walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Pool was great with area around for loungers. The pool area was never too busy and we visited in August. Host was very friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent - before and during our stay.

The bedroom with the double bed was small - just enough space to walk around the bed and the wardrobe doors and drawers couldn't open fully due to the bed in the way. This didn't bother us as the wardrobe in the twin bedroom was a good size. Both bathrooms were good size. Apartment is not walking distance to Zadar old town but that can be seen on the map. Its close to other restaurants/ shops. There's no A/C in the bedrooms but this was fine. The A/C in the living room was sufficient.

We had great time in the appartment, there is enough place for 4 people, it is clean, The swimming pool was very Nice and Andro very reactive and helpful! I recommend!

Great accommodation for four people. Everything was clean and everything was there. We could keep the car safely in the yard of the house. We loved the large balcony overlooking the pool. It was nice to use the pool until midnight. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back here.

Would have liked fresh towels as stayed 2 nights / 3 showers with same towel. However there was access to a Washing machine so we were allowed to wash them and they dried overnight so not really a problem.

Spacious, modern appartment, well equipped, close to the sea. There was no sea view from the private balcony, but it was from the rooftop terrace. The pool was heated, though rather small and not appropiate for swimming or jogging.

No airconditioning in the bed room, you have to sleep with open door and airco on in living room.

Nice pool, great apartment

The beach is pretty close (5 minutes walk) also the sandy beach called Borik is 10-15 minutes away (by foot). The pool is also really nice and it was almost always empty while there are only 4 apartments together. Also the host was really helpful.

The beds/mattresses were noisy when turning around during sleep.

Beautiful spacious and modern apartment with all the amenities in the kitchen!

A vey clean and spacious apartment with all the amenities needed! We rented the 3 bedrooms apt and each bedroom had its own bathroom and split a/c unit. There was a washing machine on the ground floor of the bldg. but we did not use it. Due to our short 2 days stay in Zadar, we did not get to enjoy the pool either. Host Andro was very friendly and responsive to text messages. I had a difficult time finding the place because I was driving a big minivan and the street leading to the apartment was kind of narrow for the van to turn into from the main street and I got lost while circling around all the small streets. I was on the phone with him for a long time and he patiently guided me to the apartment and then took us upstairs and showed us the place and also gave suggestions on where to eat and shop. The apartment was only 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 10-15 mins drive to the old town of Zadar. We were able to find meter parking right outside of the old town 2 nights in a row and walked inside the old town for dinner. There were so many awesome restaurants inside the old town. Overall, we had a great time staying at Andro's apartment, highly recommend it!!

There were 5 gated parking spaces in front of the bldg. but it's on a first come first serve basis. The 2nd night when we returned to the place at midnight, our parking space was occupied. Luckily, there was one more parking space left and I had to park behind another car and blocked it which fortunately did not turn into an issue. It would be nice if each apartment had its own designed parking space. This was just a minor inconvenience for us and we absolutely enjoyed staying at Andro's place!

Perfect for us

We stayed with our kids. The flat had everything we needed, it’s was really clean , good WiFi, Netflix and a balcony. Plenty of space and felt secure. We especially liked the pool area which was kept clean and tidy. There was a laundry room at the bottom. Short walk to the beach and amenities nearby. A great apartment with good facilities. Would definitely recommend.

Tout était parfait! Instructions d’arrivée très claires; l’hôte était hyper disponible et agréable pour nous recommander des lieux à proximité (excellent restaurant de poisson à 5 min) et pour régler notre problème d’électricité après la tempête. L’appartement est très spacieux, propre, tout équipé. La grande terrasse et la piscine au calme sont un gros plus! La résidence est dans une rue calme juste à coté du bord de mer, quelques commerces à proximité.

Eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung, die wir gern noch einmal buchen.

Hübsches Apartment, toller Pool, ruhige Lage und trotzdem sind Strand, Restaurants und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen gleich um die Ecke. Doris hat sich während unseres Aufenthalts um den Pool und alles in und um das Haus gekümmert und steht jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung ohne.

Es liegt ca. 6 km entfernt vom Stadtzentrum.
