Everyone working there was super nice, welcoming and made sure I had a great time. The place and room are clean, they are quite flexible with traveller issues (such as my lateness checking in due to a late night flight) and ensure we have a great time. From the wonderful breakfast to going out of their way to help me getting a taxi back to the airport and with honest recommendations for (great) food around the hotel.

It was very close to souks and Basha Coffee. Not far from the Jemaa el-Fnaa, which is a must see! Day and night are very different experiences. The breakfast was very nice and served to you. The staff was very kind and helpful. Have them arrange your airport taxis!
The towels and bed linens were not up to (perhaps spoiled) American standards.

Great location and wonderful staff.
The room was comically tiny - the bed with scant inches around it. Shelves would help. The shower covers the bathroom with water - no curtain separates the shower from the toilet. The hot water also broke - though staff fixed it readily!
