The reception team is so helpful! It was our first day, and first in a Riad. He made time to explain to us on the area, and also arrange porter to help us with our luggages on departure as the pickup point is outside the medina. So we learn that we always need yo have a porter when we stay in a Riad. The rooms are all different in design, quite an immersive experience staying in the old part of town. We have a very early pickup for our tour, he also made arrangements to pack breakfast for us. Appreciate it!

All was great, but the surrounding were terrifying, we got a different room than the one we booked and... we got ripped off by the locals as the Riad was impossible to fine.
