Séjour magnifique, une véritable parenthèse enchantée grâce à Laurence la propriétaire et a Mohamed l’intendant. Totalement disponible et a l’écoute de nos besoins. Emplacement idéal à l’écart de l’effervescence de la place djema El fna pour profiter du cadre et du calme du Riad. La place est accessible après 10 mn à pieds. Le Riad dispose de plusieurs coins détente et surtout d’une très belle terrasse où l’on peut profiter du soleil sans vis à vis. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et local. Une expérience que vous renouvellerons avec plaisir pour l’accueil et l’emplacement.

Quarto do Riad muito confortável, um pátio bonito e bem decorado e um terraço onde tomámos o pequeno almoço muito agradável, para além da localização perto da Medina.

Location and friendly staff

Riad is beautiful but it needs renovation. The spa area was closed and the room has a shower instead of the expected bath. Friendly and helpful staff. Daily cleaning of the room and replacement of towels but these robes are missing, although they are on the list of services provided. Communication with the manager leaves much to be desired. Unfriendly and unprofessional communication with the manager in the messenger! Be careful when booking! Be prepared to pay a higher amount than what is indicated on Booking. Taking into account taxes and fees we paid 50 € more than expected. We chose a more expensive room and expected a higher level of comfort and a more friendly attitude from the Riad administration. We will not come back again!
