Quarto do Riad muito confortável, um pátio bonito e bem decorado e um terraço onde tomámos o pequeno almoço muito agradável, para além da localização perto da Medina.

Bella struttura tipica riad marocchina. Ottima posizione perché vicino ai taxi, diversi localini nei dintorni.

Poca manutenzione, la struttura è lasciata un po andare, cavo della lampada comodino addirittura scoperta e pericolosa. Abbiamo ordinato dall’Italia, visto che arrivavamo tardi, ma na cena per due a ben 23 euro a testa; un antipasto di sole carote lessate, piatto forte un pollo bollito anche male in due. Dessert buone fragole. Ad prezzo almeno il doppio che in qualsiasi locale vicino.

Location and friendly staff

Riad is beautiful but it needs renovation. The spa area was closed and the room has a shower instead of the expected bath. Friendly and helpful staff. Daily cleaning of the room and replacement of towels but these robes are missing, although they are on the list of services provided. Communication with the manager leaves much to be desired. Unfriendly and unprofessional communication with the manager in the messenger! Be careful when booking! Be prepared to pay a higher amount than what is indicated on Booking. Taking into account taxes and fees we paid 50 € more than expected. We chose a more expensive room and expected a higher level of comfort and a more friendly attitude from the Riad administration. We will not come back again!
