Good communication. Flat is modern and in a good location for A66 and beyond. Comfortable stay.
Towels put out for us were dirty (and only 2 despite 4 adults staying), though in the wardrobe we found the bag of unwashed towels. However, there was a washer/drier provided. Bin empty but smelt strongly of cigarettes. In fairness we didn't report this to the owners as it wasn't that important for the couple of days we were there.
