Lovely apartment

The property is unassuming from the outside, but once inside it's quite lovely. Recently decorated, it's well equipped, and spotlessly clean. The area is was very quiet, but only a short stroll from the centre of Norton. Mark couldn't have been more helpful (thanks again!). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Superb

We are two electrical contractors who like the home comforts when working away. Our stay was great, nothing fancy and unnecessary, exactly what we needed a home from home for a few nights. Location was fine and easy to find with instruction from the landlord. The beds were extremely comfy as well.

Could just do with a small tv in the bedrooms and would be perfect for me.

4 night weekend stay

Location was good for us. Nice and quiet cul-de-sac.

No mattress protectors on either beds which we felt was unhygienic. I slept on a towel laid on the sheet.. Only one roll of toilet paper supplied for a 4 night stay. A bit run down internally. Also site listing stated water and chocolates included. There wasn't any for us.

This was the ideal place for us - clean, comfortable and well appointed.

We liked the location, which was why we chose this particular accommodation, as it provided a good base for us to complete the second half of our Coast to Coast walk for charity. Everything was clean, neat and in order.

I can't honestly think of anything we needed that was not provided.

Very handy for our needs.

Flat nicely decorated ,and comfy with good fittings. Quiet area. Supermarket and shops near in Norton. Easy access to A19.

Needs a few more items in the kitchen ie. wine glasses-toast rack. Can sleep 4 so needs china etc to suit. No grill pan Needs instructions for television and box and the micro wave. Suggest details of shopping/facilities nearby/local attractions be provided.

Very good stay, served us as a base to North York Moors NP

The location was fine, walking distance to Norton high street. Plenty of parking space. Mark kindly left us some milk, juice, bread cereals etc. when we arrived what was much appreciated. Apartment well equipped, overall all was really good.

Perfect little gem!!

I came to Stockton to look at a property near Redcar and it just so happens that the flat i viewed was exactly the same type of flat as Belmont Apartment so total bonus that I'd get a feel of what I'd expect to live in,Belmont Apartment was a perfect little gem, absolutely clean a few minutes walk to the local shops and bar,very quiet area too.Bed was super comfy,I'll be booking again very soon as giving the flat id like to buy a 2nd viewing, Belmont Apartment is definitely a 10/10 🙂
