Lovely apartment, nice and cosy

Great property has everything you need for a stay. Wifi was very fast and the apartment was nice and warm. Shame i didnt stay in the summer where i could have enjoyed the outside roof terrace!

Facilities are great, lovely location warm ans cosy and good communication from owners when there was a problem.

Great spacious accomodation for four people on a modern estate. Everything was great and we loved the more unique areas of the balcony and the courtyard. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

The lock on the front door was a little bit fiddly but that could well be human error.

Suited our requirements

Property was spacious and comfortable and suited our requirements. My husband was having surgery at the local hospital and we are from Edinburgh so it made our stay way more comfortable than a hotel.

The oven & baking trays were not the cleanest. Trays could do with being replaced.

Good - but not as good as they say!

The house is great, plenty of room, good basic facilities. The neighbourhood is quiet and located right next to a peacefuk riverside walk up to Infinity Bridge.

Unfortunately the place wasn't as clean as most other places I've stayed. Marks and hairs on the bedding, microwave oven needed cleaning before use, grill pan greasy. Also I couldn't find any spa bath (bath, yes, Spa bath, no) or work desk, as advertised. No "streaming services" - just Freeview. Nor a tumble dryer - although that could just have been that I didn't know how to work the washing machine - no user manuals about the place. So overall, although I'd still say it was value for money, there's a bit of oversell going on here.

My family and I enjoyed our night at this lovely house, the property was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Lack of curtains/privacy especially at night, weird blind efforts may look arty to some but not very practical Place was looking a little sadder and unkempt since our last visit. But we will still stay again, sadly it's unavailable during our next October visit

The property is really lovely with the courtyard garden & the roof terrace. The kitchen is compact but well equipped and the bed super comfortable with lovely linen and towels.

Lovely place to stay with good facilities

This was a lovely place to stay and walking distance from the centre. The bedrooms were a good size and comfortable and there are 2 bedrooms. There were two lovely terraces and the weather was nice.

We had a bit of an issue with the key code as we did not receive the code however the host returned our call within a few minutes and gave us the code. My only slight criticism was the the markings on the oven had worn off so I cooked dinner on a trial and error basis. No matter dinner was lovely so I must have got it right!

Perfect little hideaway

Great location. Easy to find. Beautiful decor. Loved the enclosed courtyard and rooftop terrace. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of towels and blankets to use. Nice that the dining area now accommodates 4 people. Friendly, helpful hosts.

Bed was a little uncomfortable but that's a personal preference. Sofa were a little low but again that's personal preference as a disabled guest with mobility issues.

Must be the best place in town

Fabulous accommodation. Very modern and spacious. Everything in place to enjoy a great night away. The balcony is a real treat when the sun is out. Fantastic value for money and only a 20 minute walk along the riverside into the city centre. This place is very highly recommended. Owner’s communication is very good but then again we didn’t have any cause to contact them as everything was perfect with the house.

A lovely, clean and comfortable property.

This property was very clean and well presented with two outdoor terraces. It was warm and homely and had all the amenities we needed in a nice area. A nice walk along the river onto Stockton to watch the concert we came for.

Having the whole house. Very comfortable, plenty of space for 3 of us. Some outdoor space. Quite well appointed kitchen entertainment and washing appliances.

Some food left from previous guests, parking arrangements not dedicated and unclear what was useable. Lack of clothes hanging space in bedrooms.

A little gem and peaceful home from home...

I loved the space, the peace, and the well-equipped facilities. It was pretty much on the river, and very close to all the bars, restaurants, shops, and where I needed to be. Would definitely stay again if I return to Thornaby.

The curtain's allowed the light in a 430 am. Perhaps some back outs could help with this...
