Room was very clean and new. There was a hot water boiler and coffee maker. Air conditioner works great. Location is also great. Very close to the arena.
There were no proper cups to make tea. The cup they provided was small plastic cup which melts when you put hot water in it. The location provided was confusing because google kept pointing me to another street. In the end I use Antiche Mira and google was able to lead me to the right location.

It was a bit odd not to see any staff, even door opened with an app. But it was ok

Simple but comfortable room, has a nice shared balcony, excellent location, easy check in/check out
Whilst there were tea/coffee making facilities there were no cups provided

The bed in the room was too hard, difficult to get restful sleep.
