Location
They placed insecticide in the room against ants and the room had a specific smell which was disturbing. Also I didn't like that they asked to take out the rubbish before I leave. In second room the conditioner was so strong and I could not find the way to regulate it.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We arrived at the reception before check in time and the apartment was ready for us, so we didnt have to wait around.
Location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the arena. Our stay was in the green apartment. They have multiple apartment locations, so cannot comment on all.
Staff were friendly and attentive. We could communicate via WhatsApp to ask questions and replies were quick and helpful.
We stayed here after a week staying elsewhere so it was really handy to have a washing machine and washing pods provided.
Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room was strong.
Only minor things which would improve the stay slightly would be a deadlock on the door to feel extra safe.

Good communication with staff ....excellent service overall clean accommodation. Fantastic location. Good value.
The Photos are deceiving.... didn't show our accommodation which was a loft with sloping ceiling not great for a tall ish guy!
