Great location, clean, friendly helpful host who speaks good English (he also rents bicycles). Good kitchen and great covered hanging out spaces on both floors, which came in handy during a big storm that erupted the day I arrived. Also very reasonable price.
No lockers and only one bathroom per floor. It was perfectly mellow and safe there, but having a place to lock up passports, etc., is always good.
