Friendly and helpful staff although we struggled with making ourselves understood (English)
The location is not great, right in the backwaters of Durres - although it is fairly close to the (very crowded) beach

The host is super attentive and helpful. He waited for us until 1.30 am to let us check in. It's great value for money. We stayed for a night on our arrival.
The location is slightly interior but the address is easy to find.

We had a pleasant 1-day stay at this property in Albania. The location was decent and convenient, and the place itself was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful; however, the language barrier was the only issue.
The property offers shared rooms (four rooms) so privacy can be a bit limited, and guests also need to share the kitchen and common areas. This wasn’t a major issue for a short stay, but it’s something to keep in mind. The only downside was that toiletries were not provided.

My fault I didn’t pay attention how to close the bathroom window, and I forget to ask for toilet paper.
