Directions, although i got it. And the sub division makes it hard. If the final street was first in the redirection notification its better than a street direction list. Cause i just looked at the first street and thought ot was there.

Really nice rooms set in well looked after gardens.

Beautiful room, really nicely laid out and decorated. The gardens were very peaceful and relaxing. Nicely located on the edge of Cambridge and easy to get into town. Really friendly greeting.

I wouldn't recommend or return.

Car was left absolutely filthy after parking in designated unit car park from an overhead flowering tree.

Tried to call on two occasions but were unsuccessful to discuss our experience where my wife witness a huge black rate scuttle pass our open front door to our unit. I also had my own experience. A huge black rat. Scared the life out of my wife. The main house had a lot of mould on it and appeared unkept.

Great stay!

Set in beautiful surroundings, I loved the decor of the Bali Suite. The kitchen amenities were small but functional. The bathroom was spacious, and the place was very clean. The location was perfect for what I needed! Thank you!

Had our own. Thet are severly compromised by the development around them, but we got there so no issues.

Roomy cottage well-appointed and serviced daily. Lovely outlook - would be especially nice in spring and summer.

The Location is fine if you have a car. All the facilities are just stand by no means luxury as is stated.

The size of the room quite small for a suite. The towels were small and thin not luxurious, the bed linen was passable

Coach House comfort

Easy distance from Cambridge township. Lovely gardens. Interesting and homely decor.

Certainly no longer luxury. Needs a scrub around the outside some decent towels and a coffee plunger. But the real concern is that it requires a 500om drive through the beginnings of a major subdivision. Roads just dirt. Lots of machinery going to be operating.

Dissatisfied, all of the above considered, there were no basic tissues or paper hand towels.

The address a little out of town allowed us an easy departure the next morning, we were attending a funeral 40 mins away.

Quite a lot! I have photos of the only way to access the Coach House, over an unfinished long driveway, through mud, water and slush, due to a housing development taking place in front of, and surrounding the accommodation. Due to the weather and being Winter, this place should not be accommodating guests. Our car was deep in mud and muddy water. We had fears of becoming stuck!

Great clean unit but for a short stay

Lovely little unit. Big bathroom and little kitchenette. Doors open up to lovely large grassy area and gardens. Very quiet. Very clean. Excellent location for where we needed to be at a fun run event in Ohaupo following morning. Lovely host.

As much as room was clean and lovely the furniture in it made it feel very crammed in. Tv cabinet and chairs far too large for the room. Too far from shops, cafes etc. Need to drive to these as too far to walk. Finding driveway very difficult as large construction site next to property. We weren't sure we were at the right place. Instructions given in email not very clear. Please note we would still stay here again. These comments are only things we didn't like but it hasn't put us off. From what I can gather from description all units are decorated differently.

Excellent and worth a return visit

The room had all that one needs and was clean and tastefully furnished. It's situated in a pretty and private setting not far from Cambridge. The manager/owner is very pleasant and attentive. Definitely worth a return visit.

The approach to the property is spoiled by a housing development.

In the country but near the city.

The location was in a country setting although only a km or so from the heart of Cambridge. Great location. The Accacia room was very nicely appointed with a comfortable medium/firm bed (at least queen size, maybe king), air conditioning chairs, modern TV and two attractive but small tables. A small area provided a small bench, kettle, microwave cooker,crockery, underbench fridge and cutlery adequate for a couple.. There was no kitchen sink so the host undertook daily washing of any dishes used. She also kept milk and a small biscuit container refilled daily. The separate bathroom had a good sized shower, a handbasin, w.c and heated towel rail. All kept very clean. A hair dryer and ironing board were also in the bathroom. Outside was a nice sized table and chairs with an attractive rural outlook. Off street parking was provided close to the unit. Suiatable for average cars although potentially difficult for very large vehicles. The host lady was accomodating and helpful

The free wifi was sometimes inconsistent, with reception being best from the outside table.

Comfortable, clean, private accommodation. Styling of the room and friendly staff.

Reasonably minor things. Looking forward to parking being made clearer and walk ways finished. May be some lighting on the long driveway at nights.
