We had a very enjoyable four days in lovely accomodation with great hosts.

Excellent, comfortable and quiet with very welcoming hosts

Wayne & Mereana were very welcoming and friendly hosts. The facilities, cleanliness and comfort were 5 star. Highly recommended for a night or longer.

Nothing. It was a shared house with the hosts but they were respectful of our privacy and available if required.

Mereana and Wayne were excellent hosts. Their house is beautiful, new and very well set up for guests in a separate extension. Everything was very high quality. Excellent breakfast and tips for visiting the area.

Comfortable and peaceful stay.

Titoki House is set in a quiet part of Cambridge and is a beautiful home. It seems very new and all furnishings are very tasteful. The hosts are very friendly and warm people. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It was an added bonus to enjoy a spa each afternoon.

The fact that we only stayed 2 days. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Luxury at an affordable price with charming hosts

Beautiful modern house with private guest wing. Very comfortable bed, welcoming and generous hosts, excellent breakfast, luxury branded teas and coffees, luxury spa pool. Nice touches like welcoming chocolates, access to fruit and drinks all day, very flexible with check- in times, big walk in shower, well heated house, very quiet location

Fabulous, comfortable,exceptionally clean, private 5 star experience

Our hosts were wonderful. The food and service exceptional. Mereana thought of everything and provided a very special individual experience with gorgeous facilities and lots of kind gestures ( designer chocolates at brekky- beautiful teas from Kerikeri and more and she was very thoughtful and able to happily cater to our individual needs. Exquisite accomodation. Will definitely stay there when in Cambridge

Looking forward to my next stay!

In a word - excellent! Breakfast (cooked) was very nice and just the sustenance I needed for my upcoming busy day. The location is almost rural but still handy to town and felt fresh, clean and nicely quiet. The room and property were immaculate, like a show home almost but much more welcoming. Wayne and Mereana obviously put a lot of thought into the design and decor - simple but well executed. Like the towel rail is right next to the shower (don't often get that even in a five star hotel and I've stayed in a few)....and the towels had that luxurious feeling - so good I've had to go out and buy some for home! The room itself was spacious as was the bathroom (great shower). Good lighting (often don't get that in hotels), but soft bedside lights as well - perfect combination. Excellent bathroom lighting too (compared to you know what!). Bed & pillows were comfortable and I slept well (compared to some places!). Wayne and Mereana were very welcoming and I felt like we were old friends by the time I left - not intrusive - but there when you needed them. I felt more like a welcomed family member that some random guest - can't feel better than that.

I would have liked to stay a bit longer (not possible due to my schedule) and try out the swim/spa and maybe get to know about the eco credentials of their house.
