Pleasant, comfortable stay.

Quiet location off the main road but close to shops. Nice area of the town. Clean and tidy room. Full oven plus microwave if you require those facilities. Comfortable bed.

Perfect place to stay for few nights, we had a very spacious room with everything needed! Staff was amazing and the host took care of our laundry and sent it to our room while we were out for dinner, place is very very clean!

Even being unwell prior to arrival, the motel definately met the needs of our brief 2 night stay.

Friendly manner of the lovely owner. Overall appearance and cleanliness of the studio. Spacious ventilated bathroom & condiments. Kitchen lay out was fit for purpose. Extra pillows were appreciated. Swimming pool was an extra treat for the other guests at the motel.

The air con unit was positioned towards the base of the king size bed which limited the air flow to that direction. The arm chair cushion was lumpy and uncomfortable. The small couch wasn't really necessary as it occupied space. A wee bit pricey but given the annual National Waka Ama regatta event we were there to attend, it was as expected.

I was so pleased that I found this motel. I would definitely stay again!

The cambrian hotel was very close to the main shops in cambridge and there were plenty of places to dine out.

There were no brochures of nearby restaurants or touristy things to do.

Finding the property was easy, great location to walk for a meal.

This is an old school motel that hasnt been updated for 30 or more years. Facilities are dated and for instance the spa was dirty and smelly. The rooms are very thin walls so you can hear neighbours. Not value for money at all.

Very spacious, excellent location, quiet neighbouirhood

This is one of the rare accommodation options in the area with 4 separate beds. Very spacious, easy parking, quiet neighbourhood. Excellently located walking distance to the centre of town.

No real downsides – got a bit warm in the room overnight (this was in the middle of summer) so we had to sleep with the windows open and no coverings on the bed (no aircon unit in the second bedroom).

Pool was the Highlight.

The pool was the highlight as we had just finished an all-day work out. Swimming laps of the pool meant we would be ready for the next day of intense workout.
