Apartament dobrze wyposażony i uprzejmi właściciele, a to ważne. Wielkość apartamentu: pokoi i łazienki, bardzo komfortowa. Okolica spokojna, zielona, 100 m od budynku plac zabaw i piaskownica.
Brak rolet zaciemniających w sypialni powodował mój duży dyskomfort. Rolety przepuszczają całkowicie światło, były też mocno zakurzone na dole. Brak jakiegokolwiek karnisza, żeby zawiesić zasłony, bo byłam gotowa, żeby sobie je kupić i zawiesić. Okno wychodzi na zachód, więc w pokoju robił się dzień o 4 rano, a noc po 21:30. Moje dziecko często zasypiało 2 godziny później niż zwykle lub budziło się 2 godziny wcześniej. Brak zamykanych drzwi do budynku, co również powodowało mój dyskomfort. Furtka na posesję zamykana, ale niestety często była uchylona gdy wracałam lub wychodziłam, do budynku mógł wejść zatem każdy. Pralka nie znajduje się w mieszkaniu, lecz w piwnicy. Warto doprecyzować to w opisie apartamentu.
