lovely neighborhood- easy walk to town
this spotless apartment was just a few minutes from town, and a few minutes to the beach. I was nervous reading another review that spoke about the manager claiming the guest had broken the bed- but communication was just fine and I didn't get a vibe like that during communications. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe- as there are police stationed on this street 24/7. ( I believe a VIP lives nearby). The washer is downstairs- but there is no dryer- so don't do your washing the night before you leave (haha- ask me how I know this). Parking is right out back and behind a gate-
we were on the ground floor, so when someone walks above you can hear- we were lucky though because everyone else during our time were very quiet and respectful

Excellent stay
A great location, and very nice neighborhood. We weren't at the peak season, so my expectations of having a quite place was over the place. Nice bbq at the back yard is a bonus, as well as pet friendly place. All the house appliances are available.
Pet friendly rarely mean having pet bowls.

Pleasant and Calm Apartment Recommended For Group Stay
Property was clean and well maintained. Surrounding is nice and peaceful. Well recommended for long duration stay if price remains reasonable. Owner was polite.
Little away from main tourist attraction(pier) and toiletries were missing. Room sizes were a little small .
