Beautiful location on the vineyard. Good wine and good vibes. Staff were pleasant, price was great, we ate dinner there one night. Overall, had a wonderful time.

Luxury at a economic price - great food and wine

The breakfast was amazing. All homemade! You really feel the vibe that this is a family-owned establishment. The wine was also great and fairly priced. The room was really comfortable and the hot tub was nice with beautiful lighting that helped you relax. The price for the luxury you get is very good.

We loved our stay at Villa Butussi!

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed anywhere. Great staff, location, accommodations, and breakfast. Also a great value in a beautiful location. We would not hesitate to stay at the Villa Butussi again.

We didn't have any real problems with flying insects, but window screens would be nice.

Very nice stay at the vineyard with good selection of wines available on spot.

Very nice location with the view on the vineyard. One staying there have a chance to taste very good wines and selection of ham. Very nice staff. Breakfast is fine and cappucino just excelent. Parking on spot so no hassle with parking a car.

The rooms are not very sound proof so once there was a group of people having dinner late in night then the noise from corridor and closing doors was distrubing a sleep. Honestly we didn't enjoy the food in the restaurant served for dinner (it was to heavy to our taste) except for sellection of ham so we tried not to have a dinner there.

The location is dream! Sparkling clean and attention to the smallest details. Breakfast was perfect: fruits, cheese, best ham, coffee, croissant served in a beautiful garden. Dinner with wineyard view was just awesome. The staff so cheerful and smiling. Can wait next time!!!! With Love, Andreea

Stylish family hotel that fully met our expectations. The reception is open for a limited time, but when we arrived after reception open time, the receptionist arrived after our call within 5 minutes. Absolutely perfect!!! The hotel is stylish and the rooms are absolutely perfect. All room equipment functional. Breakfast partly served, partly buffet and in everything the staff complied, nothing was a problem. Unfortunately we stayed only 1 night. We will be happy to return to this accommodation. Grazie per tutto.

All. Absolutely overall a nice well-kept place and excellent reception and service. The structure is functional but at the same time elegant, particular and very confortable.. Excellent central position with respect to all the main places of attraction (Cividale del Friuli, Slovenia, Gorizia, Udine, Palmanova, Cormons etc.) reachable by car within a maximum radius of 15 km (= 20 minutes).

I never managed to understand how the heating regulation worked. One night a group of noisy guests entertained themselves until late in the outdoor tables creating disturbance. Indoor parking spaces are not sufficient for all guests. Any case, the aspects that can be improved are really minimal and do not affect the truly excellent judgment.

Never forget this experience in this wonderful region, with all these nice people.

This is not the first time we were in Italy. This villa was selected by having seen pictures that were highly exceeded in reality. The vineyard environment, fantastic smart room with all facilities and jacuzzi offered us all one could ever need. It was silent, comfy and the central air-conditioning was working impeccably. The staff was at our disposal at any time, and the owner, Angelo was a real gentleman, who, at the end of our stay was giving us a bottle of wine as a present. We are surely to come back and would offer to everyone. Restarurants in the nearby were amazing, both quality and staffwise.

What a lovely place to stay! Far away from crowds and buzz, with outstanding view for vineyard. Very nice family owners, very helpful and friendly staff. Room and jacuzzi (IN OUR ROOM, yes, amazing!) was well sanitized and very clean. I was more than happy to stay there. Great for celebrating your birthday or weeding anniversary. Not to mentioned the excellent, local Butussi wine. Breakfast in wine garden, beautiful mornings and evenings. There is a parking on the side and some really nice restaurants nearby, ask the owners for map and tips! Our great choice was Osteria della Ribolla, the best dinner ever. For sure, we are going to come back.

Wifi is very poor and we could't share our photos and satisfaction with the rest of the world :-)

Absolutely a TOPPER!

The views from the room, from the terraces over the vineyards are amazing! Perfect to drink a glasses of the delicious wine of their own house. Host are very very very friendly. You can take a mountenbike to discover the environment. Also on Saturday they have an own Osteria, perfect.

Wifi strength in the rooms are too weak to stream (netflix, video-Whatsapp).

My comment is referred to Suite room. Room design, comfort and food quality were at the top.

Suites must have a frigo bar service and at least one drawer. Having a Jacuzzi in the room was great but it would be better provide operational instruction as well.

La colazione è stata ottima e la posizione tra il verde molto rilassante.

L'accoglienza non è stata delle migliori. Il check-in è stato fatto da una ragazza, probabilmente una cameriera, che ci ha detto subito che alla sera non c'era posto per cenare. Inoltre, nei due giorni di permanenza, non abbiamo avuto alcuna proposta per assaggiare il vino prodotto. Peccato, poiché io e mio marito siamo soliti soggiornare in posti come Villa Butussi, per acquistare prodotti autoctoni.

Wer nur ein paar Tage bleiben will, ok!

Ungenügend Parkplätze. Wenn man später am Abend zurück zur Unterkunft kommt sind die Parkplätze an der Unterkunft sowie auf den schmalen Straßen in der Umgebung besetzt oder privat. Keine Möglichkeit gemütlich im Grünen zu sitzen.

Das Frühstück war gut! Das Haus hat eine schöne Aussicht!

Kein "Willkommen, hatten Sie eine gute Anreise?". Das Zimmer war klein, ein alter Kasten ohne Ablagen für Hemden, oder Pullover ......! Ein Stuhl für 2 Personen! Ein altes Bett! Wenig Wasser aus der Wasserleitung! Der Duschkopf hat herumgespritzt! Das Haus wird von Angestellten betrieben, die Familie sieht man nicht!
