1 single pan and gas cooker to cook on. That's it very poor.
The fact that I had to wash my family using the bathroom sink because the shower flooded the bathroom, when I contacted the owner I was given a responce and nothing happened no plumber was sent out no repsonce from the owner to even update us, the pots are out of date and scratched 1 single pan which was good. No tin opener or grater. The bath room towel radiator dosent work. The television remote is terrible to try work even with new batteries. Out back the seats were to dangerous to sit on outdated and basically falling apart. Cigarette buds left out back. Bins not emptied and caused flys.

Lovely spacious property, with a nice garden. Modern furnishings. Shower was lovely too.
Nice quiet area, which is in easy walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants and the loch. There’s a bus route on the property’s street, and train station is a 10 minute walk away. All the local people we spoke to were all friendly and welcoming.
I had to go and buy anti-bac cleaning wipes, as the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned properly. Toast crumbs on the toaster, and food crumbs on the fridge door handle and cutlery drawer handle. Greasy fingerprints on microwave door too. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned either.
No teaspoons in drawer, and no sweeping brush, just a dustpan and brush.
Saying that, I’d still return as I don’t see these as major issues. Just thought the owner might like to be made aware.

The location is great for all amenities near by walking distance and minutes in a car if you have to use a car. Great shops and food places lots of activities for kids and older people

We didn't book this property in first place. We had a last minute cancelation from Balloch house because of their maintenance issues with the room and booking.com suggested this property in stead. We spoke to the host over phone as we were expecting to arrive at the property quite late at night. The host answered our queries satisfactorily. Clear communication about collection of key.
Spacious and clean flat in a residential area with plenty of kitchen supply, hair dryer.
Big back garden.
TV with Netflix which my kid enjoyed , however, on 2nd evening, she planned to watch the Harry Potter movie, but , there was an issue with the Netflix as it showed the message that too many people were watching Netflix on this account.
There is a children's park nearby which was an added attraction for my kid.
Few small hiccups.
As mentioned by people in earlier comments, parking the car is an issue as it's a residential area and there is no designated car parking space. We were asked by one of the residents to move our car. But if you park your car on main road in first instance in stead of the cul de sac, it shouldn't be a big problem.
Also, the property is a bit noisy with its thin walls as you could hear the other flat residents living upstairs moving around.
Expected some shower gel in bathroom but thankfully we were carrying our own, so again , not a big issue.
Just a small suggestion hereby, since we were staying only for 2 nights , we didn't buy any milk. If there was any creamer for tea/ coffee , it would have made our day but again, not a big issue.
Overall, the stay was very much satisfactory and enjoyable.

The location was good for our needs and central for where we wish to be
The property was ample for our needs and nice to stay in but with a few tweaks it could be a great property, buy adding a few pounds onto the price a welcome pack would be great, especially for people arriving late, some tourist leaflets for visitors, the internet router and Virgin box was there but not turned on hence no internet connection, garden seating could do with a bit of a makeover, snib on toilet door requires attention.
But on the whole not a bad property but as I said with a few tweaks it would improve it greatly.

Central location, quiet, clean
Struggled with the central heating system which wasn't easy to use, it had no instructions and couldn't keep the flat warm when needed . It was lovely when it worked. The host bought us a heater over to assist us .

modern finish of the flat
driving from manchester for 5 hours and on arrival(agree with owner on 4pm) flat was left without cleaning and preparing for us, total mess, bad smell, rubbish in bins smell bad, towels on floor, bathroom smell urine(toilet not flush),bedding dirty hairs etc. we get apology from owner, no recompensation , extra cleaning in the middle of oure stay there (stay 10 days). i think if you stay 10 days owner need to change towels and bedding( been in different places, always that was included in price) but not there. flat is bottom floor of house, you being watched from top floor. no table in living room. nothing good.

Location great ,all on one level and great big enclosed garden and close to all the attractions in Balloch great big play park at top of the road, 5 minute walk or 3 minutes if yous fast walkers!!

Short walk from small town and Loch, lovely bike ride down the river towards Dunbarton.
Noisy upstairs directly above main bedroom. This is just one of those things and nothing the host could do. We would come back if there was more to do in the area.

We loved the space, the fantastic shower and private garden. Also really comfortable beds! The host was very accomodating in her replies to our queries ahead of our stay. We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this property!
The building has very thin walls, so we could hear the neighbours upstairs as if they were in with us. There was no hairdryer, which for 3 girls is very important (we asked ahead and brought our own, but worth mentioning for anyone who travels without it!).

The flat was in a quiet residential area, close to the station and a short walk to the loch. It was modern, comfortable and well decorated. The owner has obviously put a lot of thought into making guests' stays comfortable. We enjoyed the local area and the beautiful loch.
It was quite difficult to get hold of the host prior to the arrival, so we were unsure of check in arrangements. Although on the surface the flat seemed immaculate, there were thick dark hairs in the double bed, empty wrappings in the shower and the grill pan and cutlery were dirty. There were also no instructions or guidance for anything in the flat. Although not the owners fault, the occupants upstairs were very noisy, until 4am one night and the early hours of the morning for the other nights.

Very clean and pleasantly decorated 2 bedroom downstairs apartment, spacious and a 5 minute walk to some decent restaurants in Balloch. Keysafe entry which means you can arrive when suits rather than having to meet anyone. There's a reasonably sized garden out the back and a small McColls supermarket for supplies around the corner.
The flat is situated in a small cul-de-sac and parking right outside the flat is difficult - I was asked by 3 different neighbours in 2 days if I'd move my car as I was in 'their' spot. Save yourself the hassle and just park on the main road rather than in the cul-de-sac itself as chances are someone will come knocking. There was a bit of noise that can be heard from the flat above but not too bad. Mattresses were ok but not the most comfortable.
