Great flat if you are fit and good at figuring out how things work.

Views of the castle were superb. The neighbour was very helpful.

No instructions about how to put on hot water or heating. Nothing to dry the dishes with. It would have been helpful to know how many flights of stairs there were up to the flat - the turns on the stairs were very challenging for my friend.

Ideal location, stunning view!

The location is perfect with the ferry and shops at your door. The host was lovely and friendly. The flat is perfect for a weekend’s stay. Would come back and stay again.

Overall our stay was very good. The host was very responsive and friendly.

This rental did not offer breakfast. But the flat itself was nicely decorated and clean. The view was great as was the location.

The entryway from the street was in need of cleaning and repair. The trash cans in the entry could be behind a gate or wall. There was one hand rail along the 3-4 story staircase that had been nailed in to the wall and was easily pulled out. This was and is extremely dangerous.

Great wee flat in a great location

Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, lovely view of the castle, WiFi. Very central to Rothesay - near shops and transport.

It's the top.floor of the tenement- 66 steps to the front door may be a bit much for some but nothing we couldn't handle thankfully!

It was at the top of three flights of steep stairs.. There seemed to be no way of turning on the heating . It was a little chilly late evening and early morning.

great location 2 min walk from the ferry terminal & nxt to shops & bars. easy to find and great communication from the host. I would definitely stay here on my nxt visit to Rothesay

An excellent flat, good host and great location.

Well equipped and spacious flat. It was comfy and in an excellent location. Handy for us that an electric charging point was nearby, in front of the ferry point.

Good that the host is looking for 'to be green', but the flat was cold upon arrival as the heating was not on. The window draft excluder in the living room needs a look at! None of this took away from the stay.
