The breakfast is great, the rest is questionable.

Convenient location, nice staff, room was a little dirty and guests staying were on the rowdy side.

Found food on the floor in room, a guest tried to start a fight in the elevator with my boyfriend. Also there were about 20 kids in the pool jumping in and being crazy running we had to leave.

The night I checked in, I requested a “playard” for one of my baby brothers and was told they didn’t have any nor would she be looking for one. I approached management the next day and had the issue resolved.

Last night lockdown

Friendly staff and clean room.

Well if im honest everything was well until our last night of stay. That night our floor was locked down by police. we could not leave are room for several hours. I do not put this blame on the hotel staff at all. I was greatful for the response of the police to which I found out later a man was arrested for assaulting a women and raping her a few rooms down the hall. yes im sure this does not happen often but security and safety of my kids are something I should not have to worry about in my hotel room when we are trying to sleep.

The rooms were pretty clean and the staff was nice.

When we pulled up we couldn’t even get on the lot due to police, fire trucks and ambulances. Apparently there is an apartment complex they are redoing or something so all the occupants are put up in this hotel (which is something I think they should let you know before paying 200.00 to possibly be on livePD) There was a very bloody emergency on the 5th floor all we was told was a male subject beat a woman and she was running up and down the hall bloody knocking on doors for help. The hotel its self is nice but I wouldn’t recommend staying there until all the occupants from the apartments are gone! Plus they put a 150.00 hold on my card on top of the 200.00! Probably to help pay for the damages these other people are doing to the property!!! Not impressed

The bed was very comfortable.

When we arrived it took over an hour to check in. We had one reservation with two rooms, we had requested rooms with tubs after being told that is what we booked for we did not get that. They wanted us to pay double deposit even though we had one reservation. Then the manager told us she could wave the deposit on one room so we agreed. Slide my card to pay for the two room (298) and then they took the 150 deposit. Then the manager comes up to charge me for another room because she said I only paid for one when It clearly states something else on my bank statement. After it was all said and done we had $627 dollars pending out of our accounts one night stay. We also were offered an out of order room with no heat to offset our troubles if we could not pay the deposit. So my question is if you can offer me an out of order room why can I not be in a room with heat. The whole thing seems shady. When we got to our rooms with no tubs (as requested) one room had no toilet paper on the roll or back stocked rolls, we had to ask and then once asked they gave one roll. The other room had no wash clothes,and one towel. Both rooms the coffee machines were broken. I would never recommend staying here. This was my birthday weekend and it truly put a damper on our entire stay.

Unfortunate stay. Vomit on beds, floors, and nightstand.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Our room was filthy. There was dried vomit on the box spring covers of the beds, on the phone on the nightstand, and the lampshade. The floors were disgusting, sticky, and had visible chunks of some sort of material - likely vomit. The AC/Heat sounded like a helicopter taking off, so we had to unplug it and do without it. The lock on the door didn't work. Surfaces were sticky and greasy. It was unbelievable how dirty it was. There were boogers on the headboard. It was clear things had not been cleaned or the hotel doesn't care if they are. I never leave reviews or complain about accommodations, but this was a new level of filth.

Pleasantly surprised with the size of the common breakfast area, size of room, staff friendliness!

My only criticism, aside from the HIGH nightly cost given the city and surroundings, was the shower curtain in room 618 smelled horribly of mildew. Almost gagged me when I got into the shower.

Only one cup in the room. For two queen beds, would assume at least two cups. no glass in the bathroom. No laundry bag in the closet.

Easy access to downtown at a nice property

I was in town to see a Reds baseball game, and this place was a great location for that because there's a bus stop right out front that would take me almost to the stadium for $2.20. Plus the breakfast was above standard for a complimentary breakfast, and really the whole property was quite nice, especially for the money. I'd happily stay here again.
