Stunning hideaway apartment

Loved how spacious it was, all details thought of, including breakfast facilities and snacks. Very modern and everything felt cosy. Bed was comfortable and the views of the dog park lovely, it also makes a nice walk too. Close to Chartwell, Te Awa and most other things, including the river. Would happily stay again.

At the moment there is building going on right behind the property. I was lucky and the builders were not there much, however if you really do want privacy and peace it may not be ideal at the moment. Having said that the builders seem pretty good, and if you plan to be out alot it won't affect you. Could do with a rubbish bin in the bathroom, or bigger one in the living space.

Nothing, the host advised us up front that there was going to be some construction. this was beyond their control and the communication about it was great.

Beautifully presented and well-appointed studio

The studio is beautifully presented, well-appointed and really spacious, with a lounge area, a little dining table, a fridge, some breakfast options, tea, coffee and even some treats The bed is very comfortable (I love the white linen), and the bathroom is modern and fully functional. Thank you!

The place was clean and warm with fast internet. Tea making was available although a larger table might be a better idea. Better-than-average toiletries were available.

We would prefer a proper chair to sit when using the laptop.

It was very conveniently located for our purposes - we will definitely stay there again.

It was perfectly located for us - we liked the way it was in such a quiet place in a residential area. They went the extra mile to provide interesting beverages and snacks, quality soaps and hand lotion and chocolates - little extras that made it pleasant and welcoming.

There were no cooking facilities but that was fine for us - we knew that before we went. If you have more people than just a couple it would not really suit.
