Due to the unfortunate instances mentioned that sadly wasn’t the best experience this time round

Our second time here we liked the convenience and overall facilities after the first experience.

Unfortunately this time, some members of our group got bitten quite badly from fleas. The pool was murky from chemicals being added due to previous guests not filling to required level and owner having to add chemicals (at 10am on the day we checked) that required 8-12 hours before we could use it. We were advised an hour before checking in. We were accommodating and the owner was very apologetic. The flea issue, the owner thinks may have been the previous guests. They also indicated that flea bombing was carried out in September. Unfortunately for us our group got pretty badly bitten. These instances were unfortunate but the owner did all they could and once we reported the flea issue and sent photos they proceeded to rectify this once we left.

Great location, quiet street & close to local mall and supermarket only a 2min drive. Clean and tidy home with everything a large family needs to feel at home. The swimming pool and spa a treat for everyone after a long day.

The property is Really close to neighbours, so we were cautious about noise while swimming and using the spa pool as it backs directly to the neighbours home.

Great value, location and comfort

Great comms with owner, beautiful home, decor and bedding. That we could use the spa pool (didn't use the pool) was a perfect way to end the night. Also appreciated the complimentary snacks. Lots of places for places for our morning walks, close to Chartwell Mall and super easy to get to The Base. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed

The front bedroom isn’t really a bedroom, more a study- bed only accessible from one side. Fine for my son, but wouldn’t work for a couple so well.

Everything! The information before we got there was clear and informative, the home was beautiful a dream, the pool is fenced, a room for each of us, our kids were comfortable, anyone of all ages.

That we had to leave! We will rebook again.
