Host was amazingand accommodated our needs at very short notice even offered us a late check out

host responses were extremely quick and helpful. Coffee pods and assorted teas. Reasonable well equipped kitchen . Good heating.

Quite small and noisy. Dining room chairs and sofa pretty uncomfortable for a long stay, but perfectly adequate for a short stay

The is a great apartment, fully equipped with everything you need. Cooking facilities and utensils were great and there was a balcony with an outdoor setting for enjoying an alfresco experience. The place was generous in size and would suit a family of six. Short walk into town.

Just unfortunate that we were not able to park our vehicle in the garage, however it wasn’t a must. Would still stay here again irregardless.

This apartment is really quite special. Every part of it is quality from the kitchen, to the bathrooms and the beds. Having great beds matters a lot to my husband and I as we don’t sleep well and to find that these reflected the same quality as everything else in the apartment was a delight. The location was absolutely perfect: close to town. It you wouldn’t know it. The double glazing blocked out noise. On top of all of this were the lovely finishing touches: chocolates and sweets. I can’t fault this fabulous accommodation.

Only aware of the small car garage when we were given the access instructions. Could have done with a dish cloth in the kitchen too

Comfortable lovely and very well equipped place to stay close to the city centre - yet quiet.

Such a lovely well equipped and comfortable place. It was way better than a hotel for me and my two colleagues. I could also totally imagine staying here with kids - there is a park across the road and it is easy walking distance to town. The deck is a lovely spot to sit in the evening and listen to the birds settling in for the night at the park. Everything you need and Tracy is a great host, very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, pics are accurate. Kitchen has everything you need. There is plenty of parking. Very easy entry with door app and host was highly communicative. The bed I slept in the first night was too firm for my taste, but I moved to a different bedroom the second night and it was much more comfy. So there are different firmness options that probably meet anyone's needs. So nice to have a washing machine and drier!

I liked everything this property was more than enough for myself my brother and mother who came to hamilton as my sister was flown in for an emergency brain surgery. Was very handy to the hospital and was a very comfortable stay. Also the host allowed us to check out later which was much appreciated. I would love to recommend this property for anyone who has a little family trying to get close to visit whanau at Waikato hospital.

Lovely clean and new property in central Hamilton

Lovely clean property right in the heart of Hamilton. It was literally 5 minutes' walk to the main street. Great host communication, easy to access property. Loads of little extras like tissues (very important!) shampoos, slippers etc etc. Like home away from home!

I cant think of anything. The neighbours were a little close and we were worried that they might be noisy as we stayed on a Friday and Saturday night but they were fine.
