The place was wonderful. Cozy space, very well stocked, tidy, and the beds were so comfortable! The hosts were friendly, and quick to respond to our messages and answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this property.

Location was good.
Need to note you will be expected to pay extra bond of $200 refundable after 10 days or $50 non refundable. would have preferred staybars on the windows to allow us to leave them open overnight as the house got very stuffy and lots of foot traffic outside the windows

The place was what I was expecting and looked nice and very clean. Excellent area and close to shops as described.
When we got there I tried to get the instructions and code to get in and even messaged Kosh. They told me I must have them and I know I didn't, so spent 20 minutes hunting with a baby in the back seat. Finally I mentioned was it that the booking was still pending even though I had been emailed that it had been approved. 2 minutes later the instructions were available. Wouldn't normally be too big an issue but fraught parents with crying baby. Also lounge suit was not really that comfortable for 4 people which was a shame.

This place has everything you need! If I ever need accommodation in Hamilton again I'd want to stay here. Its a nice and quiet area and its only a couple of minutes drive to town.
