The location was good and convenient.
The freeview was not working.

The location is exceptional. Easy access to the city centre and Hamilton garden. The hall is comfortable and the furniture is quite new.
The bathroom cleanliness could be better. The shower room door is moldy.

The location was good. The bed was comfortable Little things that need to bring it up to standard
Bed sheets looked like they had been slept in. Not ironed. No tea towels Knives need to be sharpened as blunt bread knife Not cleaned properly as crumbs in the kitchen
