Really, lovely. Would definitely return.

Location is excellent and the use of the Strass facilities is great. Really spacious and bathrooms lovely.

Mattresses could do with being a bit more comfortable and the ski locker didn’t have dryers so we learnt quickly that if your boots were soaking wet you’d need to take them up to the apartment or have wet boots the next day! I’m also not sure of the logic of not putting a full oven in instead of just a hob but that would have been useful with the children. Small things though and in the grand scheme of things didn’t impact our stay.

Loved it and would return if visiting Mayrhofen again

Location AAA+ - across the road from the Penkenbahn, next door to the Spar supermarket, access to the spa-pool facilities at Strauss hotel opposite, few doors down from ski school and ski hire, 24 hr reception. What more could you wish for? Great modern facilities, super clean, spacious and lift to the floor with 3 bathrooms and ski locker in the garage.

No oven - with an oven I would have given this a 10 rating.

A good place to stay during your ski trip.

Loved to be in town with all facilities nearby and without any noise nuisance and to be so close from the ski lift. The apartment is very modern, clean and spacious with 3 terraces to enjoy the sun in the afternoon. The parking and ski locker rooms are very good to have. The access to the spa and the pool of the hotel nearby are a great added bonus. The hotel is literally just across the road so super easy access.

Some of the mattresses in the apartment should be renewed and it is tricky to regulate the temperature in the apartment. It felt too warm for our liking most of the time. The parking entrance is quite low so if you have a roof box on top of a high car you might not be able to enter the parking. At this price point, a smart tv and an oven would be expected.

Superb

Very good apartment. New and fresh. There were 3 toilets. Micro is available but oven is missing. Very good with locked garage on the ground floor without extra charge. We had without charge access to the spa at the hotel that owned the apartments. It took a minute to walk to the lift which has large capacity.

When we checked out, a cleaning fee of 120 euros was added. When I stated that this was not stated on Booking's website, they said that it should be stated. But it is not. There is a total cost on Booking's website, but it does not say that a cleaning fee will be added. I have written 3 emails to the hotel but they do not respond to my emails. Very bad.

Niet schoon, veel spinnewebben overal. Daarnaast stond op booking: inclusief handdoeken, toiletpapier, keukendoeken etc. 8 handdoeken voor 6 pers, daar moesten we het hele week mee doen. Bij navraag kregen we geen nieuwe. Ook geen nieuwe keukendoeken. Kregen er 2 voor een hele week, geen sponsje of afwasborstel aanwezig. Met veel moeite toiletpapier extra gekregen omdat de winkels dichtzaten

Voor ons was het helemaal top.

Locatie t.o.v. centrum, winkels en de 2 gondelliften was perfect. Fijn appartement, lekker groot en ruime balkons. Badkamer was groot met erg fijne douche; gewone en regendouche.

Wat tegenviel was dat de riante keuken karig was gevuld; te weinig pannen. 1 koekenpan. 1 hele grote pan. 2 kleine steelpannetjes. Er is geen oven aanwezig. Wel een magnetron. Heel veel wijn glazen en schnaps glazen, maar geen bierglazen of drinkglazen. Wel veel theeglazen.
