Comfortable convenient quiet luxury near Penken lift

Very comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities. Great location for lifts and town

A larger sofa such as a corner style or two small sofas would have been more comfortable for four persons as the tub chairs were not inviting or relaxing to sit in. This did not stop me from liking the property! It is a shame there is no incentive or discount to use the main hotel leisure facilities.

Warm, cosy and quiet.

Staff at reception were really helpful and friendly. Any questions I had they was able to help with, even the more not often asked questions. The flat was right next to the ski lift too and was very quiet at night too, perfect mix.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s a new place in a modern building, spacious and very comfortable with two bathrooms. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to the main street with restaurants, supermarkets, bike rentals, shops, and gelato, as well as to the train station. Despite being so central, the apartment is in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Thank you to the hosts for making our stay so enjoyable!

Disappointing

Clean and modern

It looked nothing like the photos - the photos on the website show bright spacious rooms and ours was dark and cramped. Maybe ok for a couple but not for two friends. Very disappointing as it was a lot of money for what we actually got. I shall be making a formal complaint.

Lovely apartment, everything else disappointing.

The apartment itself was lovely, very clean and modern.

We loved everything about the property, however there were a few things about our stay we weren’t happy with. There was a lovely receptionist whom id spoken to prior to our stay (beautiful blonde curly hair) very helpful and accommodating. The same can’t be said for all staff. We had booked self catering, but you’re quite literally left to your own devices to figure everything out. I was there for my 30th birthday and it was a lot of hassle to do very basic things. Also the additional charge to use the spa & pool was extremely disappointing as the price of the stay is fairly expensive for what you get. Lastly we (after asking locals) received 15% off our ski hire, however anyone can book hire online and receive 20%. The apartment itself was perfect, but we won’t be staying again or recommending due to feeling like we were the unwanted guests…

Perfect apartment, amazing location.

The penthouse is the perfect apartment for a group skiing holiday, lots of space to relax, great facilities and perfect location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would 100% recommend.

As other people have mentioned, basic kitchen essentials would have been useful (oil/salt/pepper) as well as some basic cleaning products like kitchen spray.

Size and location was perfect. furnishings and linens were spotlessly clean, comfortable and modern and new looking. view was stunning, especially from the hot tub! which was perfect…

only minor points, needs hooks on bedroom and bathroom doors to hang up dressing gowns and towels, a welcome pack and complimentary food/drink/condiments would have been nice for the amount paid for the apartment, no clothes washing facilities available in apartments. cooker wasn’t working when we arrived and no communication was given to us.

The location is really close to the Penkenbahn, approximately 5mins if you use the trail near the river. The apartment was very clean and cozy and has a nice view. Really close to the city center, restaurants and supermarket.

lovely! just lovely!

the apartment appeared brand new and very clean. the kitchen is well equipped. the bath room was spacious and with a great shower. also since we were on skiing holiday I liked the larger wardrobe available and the dry room outside next to the entrance.

it was too hot! when we arrived the apartment was practically a sauna. it it took us a while to get it to an acceptable temperature. also, I would appreciate the basics of salt/pepper and if possible olive oil present for those who’d like to cook.

booking.com clearly advertises the largest room on their site and on arrival you get given a much smaller looking one. Not a great start. Hotel had no shampoo, bit odd for this price range. Even on request at reception they had none to offer. The €200 deposit has to be cash, so you get sent outside as soon as you’ve arrive to look for an atm? Why?
