Lovely family ski holiday in Austria

Modern designed, nice clean and spacious apartment with Mountain View’s. Basic essentials provided washing sponge, bin liner etc. was helpful. Spar was right next door. Nice friendly hosts. Quiet location with an easy to walk to the gondola lifts.

We managed to sleep well but the beds are a little soft. We are a family of 5 but 2 times in the week the shower ran luke warm/cold for the last person. Would recommend to add some washing liquid and 1-2 more dishwasher tablets to the essentials.

Perfect stay

We had a lovely stay at Lorenz‘ apartment. Everything was to our satisfaction. The apartment is spacious, modern, beautifully designed, well-equipped and centrally located. Lorenz was very forthcoming with the check-in process so our arrival was smooth. We would stay here again any time.

We rented 2 apartments and they were both beautiful, so well designed & all fittings were excellent quality. The location was fantastic, it was within walking distance to everything we wanted & the host was very welcoming & helpful.

Luxurious Comfort in a Perfect Location

One of the best apartments we stayed at during our trip to Austria! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views from every window. Every detail was clearly thought out to provide comfort and a touch of luxury. We had the pleasure of meeting Lorenz, the host, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable; providing extra pillows and checking in during our stay. The location is perfect, with a supermarket nearby, great shops and restaurants within walking distance, and easy access to the cable car stations. We’d absolutely love to come back!

A really nice stay

The apartment is very modern, spacious and clean with a good kitchen with an oven and big fridge. It's very quiet too. The bathroom has a great shower and bath to soak away the days activities. The Spar supermarket is 20 metres away which is handy. On two afternoons we walked a loop along the river path to Finkenburg to the south on 1 day and Hippach to the north which was very pleasant. There is an art trail on the way to Hippach beside the river. We flew into Innsbruck airport and booked tickets on https://www.oebb.at/ to get to Mayrhofen. This cost about EUR 22 for 1 person each way and covers an airport bus to Innsbruck train station, a train from Innsbruck to Jenbach and the local train from Jenbach to Mayrhofen. Our flight was delayed (British Airways always seem to be delayed) and there was no problem with being on a later train. The conducter just checked we had paid to Mayrhofen. The walk from the train station to Lenzup Apartments is less than 10 minutes. Our favourite restaurants: - Hotel & Gasthof Peraeur, 10 mins walk, booked on TheFork and the pork knuckle is superb. The waiter is very entertaining too - Restaurant El Toro, 14 mins walk, booked on their website eltorotapas.at, The waiters are very entertaining too Also good restaurants: - Goldkind restaurant, 13 mins walk, booked by email - Berg&Tal, 15 mins walk, booked by online request and confirmed by email

The mattress on the beds are very very soft and we ended up sliding pillows and a blanket underneath the mattress to give it more support as we got a sore back. It's just under 10 minutes to walk to the Penkenbahn gondola which is a touch further than we would have liked but you get much more for your money with this lovely apartment so worth it. The view from the window is of a large electricity pylon but again, the price compensates for this.

The property is excellent. Lovely modern decor. It has everything you need - comfy beds, lovely powerful walk in shower, fully equipped. Good terrace! Spar supermarket is on the doorstep. Couldn’t ask for more really.

Lorenz is a great host, he responds very quickly and has in general made absolute beautiful apartments. The level of detail and comfort are through the roof. The apartment is 5-10 minutes walk from the Penkenbahn, après-ski places and restaurants, but that is no problem at all, I would absolutely stay here again.

Smaakvol ingericht appartement

Bij aankomst werden we zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door Lorenz. We kregen de "happy Valentine"kamer. Het ruime appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, en heel smaakvol ingericht. Er is een ruime badkamer met een grote inloopdouche en bad. Het toilet is apart van de badkamer, wat we zeer aangenaam vonden. Er is aandacht besteed aan details. De supermarkt is naast de deur, en naar de Penkenbaan/centrum slechts 10 min wandelen. Lorenz was via WhatsApp heel gemakkelijk bereikbaar voor tips/vragen.

We misten schalen voor in de microwave, maar hadden we hier ter plaatse om gevraagd ben ik er zeker van dat we ze gekregen hadden.

Mooie en schone vakantiewoning. Goed ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Op korte loopafstand van het centrum en de kabelbanen. Spar 2 minuten lopen. Aardige gastheer. Parkeren was ook goed geregeld. Aanrader voor een mooie vakantie in Mayrhofen.

Uitzicht op de bergen en de paarden. Mooi, nieuw, schoon, modern appartement. Erg fijn! Op loopafstand van het centrum en de Spar naast de deur.Aardige eigenaar, goed contact met hem gehad.

Uitzicht op de elektriciteitspaal en de doorgaande weg. Weinig privacy op het beneden terras.

Wohlfühlferienwohnung .... Alpenfeeling pur

Die Wohnung Lovely Frieda war im modernen alpinen Stil eingerichtet und hatte eine gute Größe für 2 Personen. Ein Sparmarkt und eine Bushaltestelle sind in direkter Nähe. Zum Skilift Penken geht man ca. 10 Minuten. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Ein Biohofladen ist fußläufig zu erreichen.
