Huge disappointment. Being experienced travellers for 55 years, this was the most unpleasant.

Spaciousness and location of appartment

We stayed in appartment Caroline. In our our opinion there are too many negatives. When we tried to communicate issues with the owner she became defensive, dismissive and ready to justify. Items that bothered us include: The place is cluttered with plastic flowers and ornaments (that take up usable space); indoor plants (13) that, by instruction, must be displayed on interior window sills (spoiling the views); regular musty (drain-like) smell; bathroom- and kitchen drain plugs not sealing properly; hot water takes a very long time to arrive (water wasting); windows can’t open, hence instructions to “ventilate” appartment daily via open doors; towels old; an abundance of rules and regulations; limited range of tv channels; our privacy invaded a few times when it suited the landlady.

Spacious and great location but very dated.

The apartment was incredibly clean, honestly I think it’s the cleanest hotel or apartment I’ve ever stayed in. The location is really great there is a supermarket 2mins walk away, restaurants very close and ski lift 6-7mins walk. The apartment is very large and spacious.

The decor is extremely dated and really needs some updating. The only bathroom is an en-suite and needs to be accessed through a bedroom. There is another toilet which is helpful but it’s still not ideal.

If you like to go on skiing holiday just for the sports, this is a good appartment for you.

The location of the appartment is excellent! It's 20meter located from the busstation that takes you to the Horbergbahn, Penkenbahn or Ahornbahn. You could also consider walking to the Penkenbahn as it only takes you 8 minutes. Besides the location the appartment was tidy and the balkony was very spacious.

I think it would have been nice if we had some extra kitchenware. Because there was just two of everything we had some restrains by cooking or eating or meals. Everytime you would need to wash it by hand, instead of just one time at the end of the day. Also the TV was a bit old fashion, but that's oke as we didn't watched it that much. Tip: take with you a Wifi extender to make sure that you have a solid connection, as the internet signal itself is a bit weak.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in een mooi chalet op loopafstand van alles.

Prachtig chalet, fijn dat de skispullen verwarmd in de garage opgeborgen konden worden, fijne keuken, fijne woonkamer met gezellige zithoek. Het was heerlijk warm in het huisje, prachtig uitzicht, goeie koelkast, complete set aan keukenbenodigdheden, prachtige chalet zoals je in Oostenrijk wenst, ook de binnenkant op die sfeervolle wijze aangekleed. Voldoende opbergruimte voor bagage. Oprit werd sneeuwvrij gemaakt. Skibushalte op 50 meter van de oprit (perfect voor de schenen van de skiërs) . Zeer attente host, makkelijk bereikbaar.

slechte douchekop die niet in stand veranderbaar was, de wifi deed het niet goed en wordt gemaakt, de kussens van de bedden waren niet best, het was fijn als er een oven zou zijn.

Nog nooit zo voorgelogen, rioolstank was bekend maar hield zich van de domme.

Eigen parkeerplek maar wel erg krap. Net appartement erg oud allemaal maar wel schoon. Overdreven de 8 bakken voor de afval sortering was wel absurd veel. De hoofdfoto op Booking is haar eigen huis en dit appartement ligt wat verder in de straat minder mooi.

We kwamen aan en er was een erge rioollucht in de slaapkamer zaterdag avond. Julitta verhuurster bericht gestuurd en gebeld. Uiteindelijk kwam ze maandag en dat was helemaal nieuw voor haar en bevestigde dat het stonk. Gevraagd is er geen alternatief nee nee ik heb niks anders sorry. Nu lezen we in de review van 4 januari al dat er klachten waren over de stank. Ze heeft ons voorgelogen en ook niemand ingeschakeld om het op te lossen of er naar te laten kijken. Gedurende het verblijf begon ik steeds meer te hoesten en later mijn vrouw ook. Ik lag het verband pas dat we thuis kwamen met de ongezonde rioollucht in de slaapkamer deze hele week. De kinderen lagen in een andere kamer en hebben gelukkig geen last gehad. Ongevraagd stapt ze zomaar het appartement binnen als je er niet bent. 1x stonk het hele appartement naar parfum had zij gedaan ongevraagd, is dennengeur natuurlijk appte ze later nadat ik haar had bericht. Na een halfuur ventileren kregen we de lucht er weer uit. De eerdere review van de boeker an januari klopt ook douchewater duurt soms 5 minuten voordat het warm wordt, verspilling. De verwarming was niet te regelen het was continu 25 graden in de woonkamer en slaapkamer of nog hoger steeds ramen en deuren maar open de temperatuur was niet te regelen. Dat ze kwam maakte ze een deurtje los en konden we zelf wat aan de knoppen van de vloerverwarming rommelen om te kijken of het dan beter werd..... Er zou nog een vitrage opnieuw opgehangen worden maar u raad het al nooit iemand gezien. Die lag nog op een bergje op de bank. Trek zelf u conclusie als u deze wil boeken. Inmiddels in gesprek met booking.com en pakken het prima op.

Niestety w całym domku był nieprzyjemny zapach stęchlizny . Zostałam obciążona przez właścicielkę obiektu kwota 200 euro, nienależnego podatku sylwestrowego. W tak zwanym living room było rozwalone siedzisko z którego w ogóle nie można było korzystać . Rozkład miejsc do spania był niezgodny z wizualizacją na stronie .
