Everything was excelent! Klaus is very kind and helpful host, location is awesome, quiet and close to the center. Beds are very comfy and each room has a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Thanks a lot!

A good place to stay

the details on Booking were not very clear. We stayed on the top floor (Klaus); large double room with bathroom, double room with shower, double room with wash basin and single room with basin, plus shower and wc on the landing. Sitting room and kitchen diner. very good and comfortable for up to 7 people but a bit tight for 9 with two sleeping in sitting room. Very well equipped kitchen. easy walk to the Penken. bbc world service on tv. very comfortable stay. supermarket just by the Penken.

it was a 25 - 20 walk to the main area for eating out, there were a couple of places nearby but they had rather limited menus.

House is spacious allowing for comfortable stay of multiple families without feeling in each other's space. Perfect location close to two major ski lifts.

amazing location and an amazing house. the decks were incredible with great views. walk to town, and town is wonderful. Klaus was very friendly and accommodating, and made everything very easy.

the driveway is a little tight, so just be careful going in and out.

Beautiful view on the mountains and very spacious appartment

All rooms had a separate shower and toilet, it was not brand new or modern, but clean and convienant. Very large balcony where you could sit in the sun till it disappeared behind the mountains. Great view on the cable carts going up the mountain and walking distance from the centre.

The owner calls at least three times to ask when you are arriving, even on the same day. Also you have to pay cash to the owner.

Very spacious apartment, Very well located and very close to the city center, the mountain view from the apartment was breathtaking and the hosts were very helpful and very friendly. We look forward to visiting Mayrhofen again.

Sehr schöne und gute Lage, fussläufig zur Gondelstation Mayrhofen und ins Ortszentrum (5min). Hinter dem Haus direkter Anschluss an die Wanderwege und den Wald (ideal für Hunde). Sehr netter Vermieter. Mit dem Skibus auch Zell und Hintertux in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Wir waren schon mehrfach dort. Es gefällt uns sehr gut, da die Raumaufteilung(5 Schlafzimmer und 5 Bäder einzigartig ist. Der Gastgeber Klaus ist sehr nett, erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Also auf jeden Fall zum weiter empfehlen.

Skvělá lokalita, vyhovující ubytování v druhém patře.

Lokalita je vynikající. Parkování pod oknem skvělé. Ubytování prostorné a ve velice klidné oblasti. Majitel příjemný, ale velice rád telefonuje, což považuji za trochu rušivé. SMS/email dost často stačí.

Apartmán zahrnuje dvě koupelny, ale do každé z nich se musí přes ložnici. Ten kdo bydlí v malém pokojíčku tedy ruší ostatní když potřebuje do koupelny a na toaletu. Je to nepraktické. Menší koupelna má problémy s plísní na stropě, vybavení je dostačující ale starší, už hodně let slouží a je to na něm znát. Zastínění oken není nijak kvalitní, takže ráno ruší světlo. WIFI fungovala průměrně.

- Klaus (de eigenaar) heeft ons vriendelijk ontvangen en heeft meerdere keren gecheckt of alles in orde was. Prima gastheer die vriendelijk is en met je meedenkt. Niets was hem teveel. - Het uitzicht van het appartement was prachtig (bovenste verdieping). - De centrale ligging was top. Overal dichtbij (zwembad, restaurant, centrum, etc). - De bedden waren prima. - Genoeg ruimte in het appartement voor 6 personen. - Genoeg servies en inboedel aanwezig. - Goede prijs- kwaliteitsverhouding.

- De hygiëne in het appartement was prima (schoon), alleen een van de badkamers is toe aan renovatie en was minder hygiënisch.

De grootte van het appartement (hele verdieping) en dat iedere slaapkamer zijn eigen badkamer/toilet had. De eigenaar Klaus neemt een paar dgn vooraf contact met je op voor je aanreistijd ect. Mocht je vragen hebben of iets willen weten is hij makkelijk te bereiken.

Als je met een grote groep bent 6 of meer dan is de woon/keukenruimte aan de krappe kant.

Top verblijf, ook voor grotere groepen.

Wij hebben met ons skiteam (16 personen) verbleven bij St. Christophe. Zéér vriendelijke host, 2 ruime 'apartementen' met ruime kamers met eigen badkamer en gemeenschappelijk balkon & een ski kelder inclusief verwarming aanwezig. Ook voldoende parkeermogelijkheid aan de accommodatie. De accommodatie was perfect om ons als groep te ontvangen en de eigenaar is een zeer vriendelijke man die graag met je meedenkt of je begeleid in je zoektocht. Ieder appartement heeft een keuken die uitgerust is met alle nodige apparatuur. Het ligt net buiten het centrum (5min stappen) met directe toegang tot wandelroutes naar leuke spots in Mayrhofen. Ons verblijf hier is heel goed meegevallen!

Ferienwohnung für anspruchslosen Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage

Wir hatte die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss, 3 Doppelzimmer, ein Einzelzimmer und 3 Bäder, Küche, Wohnzimmer. Alles hat funktioniert, warmes Wasser war immer vorhanden. Heizungen funktionieren (konnten zum Teil nicht reguliert werden). Zentrale Lage und beider Seilbahnen fussläufig erreichbar.

Zwei der Badezimmer sind total renovierungsbedürftig, ein Doppelzimmer inkl. Bad liegt außerhalb der eigentlichen Wohnung. Küchenausstattung ist zusammengewürfelt und teils nutzlos. Sauberkeit teilweise im Haus. Das gesamte Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und es bedarf eine Renovierung. Schwierig Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Ruim appartement met op iedere slaapkamer een eigen badkamer. Fijne keuken. Alles op loopafstand.

Soms was het warme water in de douche moeilijk te regelen. Dan werd het een in keer heel erg heet.

Een top verblijf op een perfecte locatie en met een geweldige host.

Perfecte locatie dicht bij de penkenbahn en het bos. Super aardige host die zeer betrokken is. Alles was goed geregeld en het was een luxe om voor elke slaapkamer een eigen badkamer te hebben. We zullen zeker nog vaker terugkomen!
