Had a wonderful week in Mayrhofen at the Beletage with our adult family!

Apartment was clean, well equipped with good Smart TV's and good wifi. Ski locker room and heated boot rails were a bonus and only a 2 minute walk to the nearest ski bus stop.

Quiet area well away from the centre and clean.

No hot water or heating for one day. No microwave in a self catering apartment. Boot warming room never had heat. Nothing to ease your move into the apartment or make you feel welcomed, not a single tea bag, coffee sachet, milk, barely any toilet roll to get you through the first night. Disappointing for the price.

An alpine home full of love and character

The property was stunningly designed with amazing attention to detail. The owner greeted us with warmth and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was warm and cosy and felt like a unique Alpine lodge just out of the hustle and bustle but a short 3 mins walk to the centre and very close to the gondola. The beautiful fire inside was a dream we will definitely return very soon. Thanks for an amazing stay our expectations were exceeded 😊

Modern apartment, great hosts, close to lifts!

Amazing hosts, went the extra mile! The view from the front balcony is amazing and the apartment is very modern and spacious for two people. Less than 5 min walk to the regular ski bus, and a little under 15 mins from the Penken lift. Quiet location but close to bars and resteraunts.

Super gelegen zum Skifahren

Moderne und schön eingerichtete Wohnung, wir haben hier eine Woche Skiurlaub gemacht. Der Bus ist nur 150m entfernt aber auch alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

Die Wohnung hat meinen Vorstellungen entsprochen und ich werde diese nochmal buchen.

Die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt in der Ortsmitte, aber dennoch zentral zu den Verkehrsmitteln und zum einkaufen. Die Verständigung bzw. die Erreichbarkeit zu den Vermietern war problemlos. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Fahrräder können ausgeliehen werden.

Prima locatie en prima appartement, maar een verschrikkelijke gastvrouw.

De locatie is goed. Dicht bij het centrum, alles is op loopafstand.

De gastvrouw is zeer onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam. De communicatie is ronduit slecht, zo was de check-in onprofessioneel, onpersoonlijk en gehaast. Bij verdere vragen moet je het zelf uitzoeken en is de ze niet behulpzaam.
