Nice apartment but needs better beds.

Room was spotless, great heating, quiet and spacious

Struggled to sleep due to uncomfortable bed. Poor communication, not told about checking in at the hotel, was told to bring Sauna shoes but was not allowed to use the hotel spa as not staying in main hotel.

Great Apartment, would definitely recommend!

Excellent location, very spacious apartment, great view/ balcony, great kitchen facilities. Nice size bathroom. Excellent value for money. Very helpful and friendly lady at the Kramerwirst hotel when picking up the keys.

A toaster and maybe a microwave would have been handy.

the location is one of the best places in down and its so clean. perfect for a family, a could or a group of friends

the smell in our room when we first went in wasnt ideal. whoever was in before us had been cooking something and it made all our clothes smell and it lingered for half the trip. the oven also broken while we were there.

Would happily stay here again

The apartment was a 5 minute walk from the hotel where the keys were collected. The apartment was incredibly clean, spacious, warm and the balcony had great views. It is also a short walk to the Penkenbahn and train station. There is a bus stop right across the road from the apartment

Ski storage in the underground car park was communal for the whole building so didnt seem very secure. The beds weren't the most comfortable and an extra pillow would have been nice.

The flat was very spacious and very clean. it was very comfortable for a family of 4 with the children sharing a room. There was a nice view of the valley and mountains.

it might have been nice to have a few more home comforts e.g. extra pillows, blankets, welcome pack of some basics.

OK stay when you need an appatment rather than hotel room but no style - clean and fucntional

It is a self service apartment very well located across the road from bakery, Spar is walking distance, Penken is walking distance, Ahorn needs a ski bus which stops close by. There is a ski rental place. Lift, parking - easy access.Reception very helpful when we needed to fix problem with safe and some minor issues around the household.

The key has to be picked up from hotel reception, so it is a bit difficult to drive there with the pedestrian area. It is also not clear where you should park because everything is in German. The apartment is OK for two people, cannot imagine fitting in a kid, gets a bit loud when the kids from across the balcony party all night. Beds are very old and UNCOMFORTABLE S A HELL, as well as blankets and pillows.

nothing really. The check-in process was a bit tricky as you have to check in at another local hotel which wasn’t specified, luckily we had a car. it wouldn’t stop me booking again though

Very spacious and clean apartment, close to the city centre (everything on walking distance). Very friendly housekeeper who keeps everything clean and tidy, regularly changes towels, etc... The only suggestion we have is to put a micro-wave, this was the only thing we missed in the kitchen.

Die Lage ist wirklich super (zu Fuß keine 10min zur penkenbahn) und die Wohnungen sind sehr groß. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Die Wohnungen sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber immernoch in Ordnung.
