A wonderful stay in a perfect location, with use of spa facilities. A great holiday.

The location is fantastic with ample parking and great facilities. Being able to use the spa was a great additiona and the staff were exceptionally friendly and ready to help in all cases with additional linen etc.

The chalet could have been a little cleaner on arrival and the utensils are quite sparse when travelling as 2 families.

Nothing not to like, during the stay the owner was very pleasant and reasonable with the resolution to an unforeseen situation.

Chalet is spacious, warm & clean. Amazing location next to all the gondola's & the town.

Breakfast bought from the hotel was very good quality with lots of options. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant a couple of times which was good.

Very spacious and a good base to explore

The house was very spacious for two people. The beds were comfortable, the rooms where clean. A kitchen has a decent sized oven, hob and other stuff for a good meal. The location is good aswell. Very near the center, has a shopping mall and cable car to the mountains nearby. The free parking was great (huge plus if coming by car). It is in a courtyard so it felt safe. Quite a alot of cars but we always found a parking spot in any time of day.

Some stuff is starting to wear down a little bit (for example the kettle is starting to leak water) so I would not call it luxurious, but everything was usable and in working order. There were no sponges or trash bags as someone mentioned. No toiletries aswell.

The location is great, juat at the Ahornbahn parking, 2 minutes walk from the Hauptstrasse, a lot of space in living room, kitchen, small garden as a part of the challet.

Slightly outdated furniture and equipment except the bathrooms, everything was clean, but there were stains here and there as a result of using. The check-in is happening in the hotel, which I didnt know and had to ask my challet neighbours.

perfect location, spacious chalet.

We really liked the size of the rooms in the chalet. The two bathrooms and two seperate toilets are very good. We also liked the distance to the city center and the ski lifts.

Before us, a group of guys were in the chalet and they smoked a lot, even with the no smoking signs clearly visible. We had the luxury that we booked the 8 persons chalet for 4 persons so we could leave the "smoke room"closed. The beds are also very hard
