Excellent staff and amenities, the room was ok.

It was a clean, quiet and modern room with a nice bathroom and shower. However the patio did not have much privacy and was too close to the other patios.

The patio did not have much privacy and was too close to the other patios. The windows of the adjacent house faced directly our patio and the window to our room. So in order to have privacy you would have to stay in a room with the shades closed. The room temperature was also too warm at night.

nice luxurious apartments, great showers

Really nice apartments, really comfortable, so clean and the showers were amazing.

We needed written instructions for the oven and hob, both had un-intuitive controls!!. We booked a Mountain View 4 apartment (which was good) but the 2 apartment was on the ground floor had very limited light. If I went back I would want a better 2 bed option. The spa area, I was really looking forward to using this but the sauna etc were 'naked only' so being Brit it wasn't going to happen!!

Modern,well appointed property,close to the ski lifts,and with use of main hotel facilities.

Some Ground floor apartments are a little dark,and could do with a microwave.

Really nice place for a week of ski

It’s very clean and very comfortable. The beds and pillows are amazing. The spa is exceptional, I just loved it. You can use the pool that is in the hotel which is 5m walk from the apartment and it has an inner and outside pool, even in the winter it works.

Sound isolation is not that good, every morning the flushing from above would wake me up. Also it would be good if there was a maid at least once in the 7 days we stayed for.

Superb accommodation. Great location for us, quiet and only a few minutes walk to the gondolas. Clean, comfortable and we had use of the pool in the near by Edenlehen Hotel. Well equipped kitchen and luxury bathrooms. We will definite at stay again!

We had one, small issue where our son’s bedding didn’t get changed after we requested clean sheets. It took three attempts and three days to get it swapped. But we had a spare duvet to cope with and I think it was just a communication issue with housekeeping. He didn’t suffer, it was just a little annoying for us. Apart from that it was perfect!

Great stay in super modern clean apartment!

Super modern apartments, very nice and clean. One of the best places to stay in Mayrhofen if you like peace & quiet yet not so far from the town centre. the ski bus stop is 100 m and so is the Spar supermarket. we really enjoyed our stay!

Exceptional

The location is fantastic and we absolutely loved the apartment. It was very clean, spacious, fully equipped and modern. Garage and ski storage are provided on site. The ski lifts, groceries shops (Spar), restaurants are nearby (walking distance). The Apartments guests can have access to the Hotel Edenlehen's facilities (pool, gym etc).

If you stay at the Apartments, the breakfast is provided in the hotel by request and only for a fee (around 15 euros/pers). It's probably better to have your breakfast in the room.

Showers, bed, privacy, location , design of appartments, proximity to lifts, shops , picked us up and dropped us from the station

Soap and shower gel not filled up in bathroom, they forgot to give us slippers for the spa , they gave us dressing gowns wjthout telling us you had to rent them. Some dirty glasses in the cupboard , didn't tell us that there is hotel lockers for skis and ski boots up the mountain. Head receptionist was quite rude to us when asking about slippers and using hotel facilities. When we went to the hotel made us feel unwelcome. She also didn't communicate clearly about needing to rent dressing gowns and not apologetic that they forgot to give us slippers.

Very comfortable apartment with all the amenities. Well laid out. Nice spa facilities. Underground parking. Easy check in/check out.

A bit of a walk to the lift, but we hired lift lockers for ski gear.
